My favourite way to do pull ups. Using rings in place of a bar is a lot like using dumbbells in place of a barbell. Since the hands aren't fixed in place on a bar, the wrists, elbows, and shoulders can move freely into the most comfortable position. Perform the first 3 exercises for 1 minute each, with no rest between exercises. Rest 1 minute, then perform the next 3 exercises. Continue the pattern. Complete 3 rounds of exercises 1-9.

Win the round!⠀ 🥊RD 🔟- Tabata round (HIIT). The purpose of this round is strictly conditioning. The entire round you don’t stop throwing punches, you will go 20 seconds straight punches to the head followed by 10 seconds of power hooks to the body. This is the last round so EMPTY YOUR GASS TANK OUT!⠀ ⠀ ♦Upper body strength/endurance finisher 💯⠀ ♦x10 pull-ups ⠀ ♦x10 dips⠀ ♦x10 push-ups ⠀ 60-90sec rest after all three exercises are complete. 3 to 5 times through.
