First half of 2018 was the cruisiest and was such a super chilled time.
Second half of the year did a 180 and has been one of the most difficult times to deal with. A million and one things popping up one after the other and honestly, it’s been EXHAUSTING.
BUT, there is lots of hope for the future and I’m so looking forward to the wild adventures that 2019 will bring along with its challenges!
Now for the next 29 days to hurry so I can fly away for a while and recover from this roller coaster ride called “second half of 2018” 🌍
Disclaimer* not that you should create a life that you need to escape from blah blah blah, just that, sometimes things that you completely don’t expect happen and it rocks you a bit and it’s nice to know that a degree of separation through distance will allow for further recuperation. I am 100% grateful and do not take it for granted 💝
When in the Kimberley you must #hugaboab
! It’s a thing! These enormous gigantic trees are iconic to the region! Every boab tree is unique. They have character and personality as you would expect of such an ancient creature. Some individual boab trees are 1500 years old and older, which makes them the oldest living beings in Australia, and puts them amongst the oldest in the world.
Aboriginals used the giants as shelter, food and medicine. They really are a sight of absolute wander and beauty!
• LITTLE BOAT HARBOUR • Greetings from Bremer Bay! 👨👩👧👧Found this little beauty on the way through from #EsperanceWA
and am so pleased we stopped. The sun was shining, the fishies were out for us to see and the locals were so welcoming that we decided to stay and explore xxx 🐚🦀🐠 #LittleBoatHarbour #BremerBay #WesternAustralia
The stunning ‘Cape Leveque’ in all its beauty as the land meets the sea in the Dampier Peninsula, W.A! Still one of our best selling prints for Christmas again this season! 🎁🎄

The constant desire for more will inevitably leave you feeling you have less.
A gentle reminder for you (and me!). I’ve been really struggling with this the last few weeks.
Wondering why I’m not where I want to be - why my business isn’t as big as I’d like, why I’m not living where I want, in a bigger house, not having the money for new camera gear.
Instead of focusing on the why not, focus on the how to. And from where you’ve come.
Were you in the same position a year ago? If so - change something! Focus on what you CAN control.
And if you’re not in the same position, celebrate the wins. You’ve come a long way. Keep pushing 👊🏼
