Sea views on all sides! Walked the coastline of 4 mile long Papay today in blustery sunshine. The most beautiful island.

36 hours in Orkney 🏴✈️ softening the blow of returning to the real world with a monster haggis burger 🍔
Last day in Orkney! 💙
Off to go crawl into a Neolithic tomb. 💀
The beach at Rackwick in Hoy is a special place. It's only a small stretch of sand but it sits at the head of a beautiful bay, overshadowed by huge cliffs which makes the scenery all the more dramatic. It's definitely a place to sit back and take it all in. #visitorkney #loveorkney
if you zoom in you can see a hare or rabbit. this photo was taken at the summit. there were about 6 of them there before I got my camera out

We're big fans of this view of The Kirk, taken thorough an old millstone on the edge of the carpark. Share your photos using #thekirkgallery
📸 We'd love to see them.
Can you imagine what it would have been like to live at this old farm on the Hoy shoreline? Your own private beach with the hills looming behind you, and a view down Hoy Sound to the Pentland Firth and Atlantic beyond. Wild, but most definitely wonderful. #visitorkney #loveorkney
🗿Sunset at the Standing Stones of Stenness 🐑
Four of the original twelve standing stones remain, the tallest standing at 19ft, and are thought to have been put in place between 5,400 and 4,500 years ago, a period pre-dating Stonehenge. #old
