Sundays are my chill day! Honestly, I just bum out and relax. If not for church, and the yummy lunches that come after, I might not even leave my couch... or my sweatpants.
On a side note, we took this a few weeks ago when we tackled one of our summer bucket list items, hiking Crowders mountain 🏔 I was sweaty and gross and just happy to have a minute to catch my breath and enjoy the cool breeze from way up here.
I REFUSE to just coast through life these last 3 months of the year. I refuse to let my health and fitness routine go to the wayside after the past 9 months of hard work. I plan on making these last 90 days STRONG and ending the year better than I started!

2018 started with a decision to turn my life around. To be better. To be more consistent - in everything. I found that when I applied the changes to my health and fitness, they happened in the rest of my life, too. I followed what I know WORKS for me and for my body, and the results have continued well past the first 80 days.
