Colors are brewing!
So this is my fresh #lunch
. It feels a bit like cheating because it's one sausage (#verzino
) with two red peppers and one zucchini. No oil and a lot of garlic and zatar instead. Why does it feel like cheating? Well, I am not supposed to eat but green peppers and sausage is not really the healtiest kind of meat ever. Although I am taking the #ketoway
it's not that carbs and sugar deprivation is leading me to drown in fats. Well, yesterday evening at the supermarket I had this craving and I thought it was better to follow it in accettable terms (just one sausage) instead of falling in binging and destroying everything at the first day. Also, I decided to prepare one meal instead of a lot of food for multiple meals in order not to binge on it after the first planned meal. I hope I won't despare on my poor and forgetful choice of red peppers and stay strong.
