Some include: their infamous vegan carbonara, "nonna approved" lasagne with vegan mozzarella and parmesan, spaghetti wirh eggplant balls, caprese bruschetta with the freshest tomatoes and creamy vegan mozzarella ... And their dreamy desserts:
Last night we ordered their vegan no-tella ravioli with cacao nibs, raspberry and vegan ice cream. My favourite dessert of aaallll time 😭😭 literally the yummiest thing ever.
Fri-yay!! Pretty much a repeat of yesterday's smoothie...cos it was just that good! How many days in a row can you repeat the same food before you get bored?

This was a serious conversation I just had with my partner, he could not handle the lettuce and the celery on my nice cream. 🍌🌱🐒🍌🌱🐒
Tom: Don’t you think it’s strange having celery and lettuce with your ice-cream?
Me: (stuffing a scoop of ice cream attached to a celery stick in my mouth, I look up) Not really!
Tom: It’s a bit ridiculous
Me: In what way?
Tom: Well just imagine if you were eating this at a cafe’ what would people think?
Me: (looking at him confused) Why would I care what people think?
Tom: No, I know you wouldn’t, but they’d think it was strange.
My spoon went down and I became serious
Me: You know what I think is strange?
Tom: Ah no! (Looking perturbed)
Me: I think it’s stranger that people continue to force feed themselves dead animals, which are full of disease. One heals disease the other creates it. I finder it even stranger that in 2018 when we know that our bodies can thrive on plants and we don’t need to eat the flesh of another species that people still do. I find it stranger again that people would find my nutritious, delicious nice cream made from Mother Natures garden strange??? I know what makes my body alive, I know what keeps me young, vibrant, healthy and energetic and it’s this weird bowl of nice cream, with lettuce and celery.
Tom: Yes I agree.

Day 5 Banana Island Meal 2: 6 Frozen Bananas, 1 Cup of frozen strawberries blended. Sauce: 1 banana,2 Soaked Dates, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon blend.
Höstgryta med lite av varje i. Kokosmjölk och krossade tomater är såsen gjord av. Broccoli, champinjoner, paprika, lök, selleri, zucchini, dill, röda linser och blomkål har vi i idag. Nästa gång kanske vi har morötter eller annat gott hemma då tar vi det. Salt, peppar, curry (gul) och lite sambal är det kryddat med. Grytan kan serveras med tex ris, potatis, bulgur eller ätas som den är utan tillbehör.
