Arroz de tomate com cenoura e feijão branco + couve pak choi estufada 💚
Antes que me esqueça: comprei a pak choi no Pingo Doce.
Nota prévia: tinha feijão branco já cozido (no congelador), por isso, não se esqueçam de o cozinhar previamente (caso não utilizem o enlatado). Para o arroz:
Picar 1/2 cebola e 2 dentes de alho e colocar num tacho, com um fio de azeite e salsa fresca. Mexer bem. Quando a cebola começar a alourar, adicionar cenoura (usei 1, cortada em meias-luas) e 2 tomates maduros aos cubos. Envolver bem e “regar” com 150 ml de cerveja. Enquanto os sabores vão apurando, temperar com: 3 cs de massa pimentão, 2 cs de colorau, 1 cs de orégãos, 1 c café de cominhos e sal a gosto. Caso apreciem pratos picantes, adicionar umas gotas de picante e mexer bem.
Day 3; started off with a HUGE breakfast at Moment 🌱 another 100% vegan cafe offering breakfast and lunch. We each went for the tofu scramble which came with oyster mushrooms 🍄 this, plus a large herbal tea, black coffee and two blueberry muffins (for later 🤷🏻♀️) was 439czk (around £15) 🌈 what I really liked about this place was its relaxed atmosphere. It’s dog-friendly too! But just remember it opens at 10am and breakfast finishes at 11.30am, it’s not to be missed ☺️💕#veganprague

🏆 the holy grail 🏆 ....i finally got my grubby little mitts in the new vegan sausage roll from greggs. it's alright and i'd definitely eat it again. there is a slight sickly sweet taste to it - could be onion but could be sugar. the food industry put sugar in pretty much every processed food so it wouldn't surprise me.

Since I loved the edible cookie dough I recently posted about & I love blueberry lemon treats, I decided to match up the two... this is what I came out with 😉
So, if you’re looking for a high-protein, non-dairy & egg-free blueberry lemon cheezecake (and edible cookie dough) recipe, then this one might just be for you! 👌🏼
(100% plant-based, gluten-free/paleo, refined sugar-free & NO BAKE!)
🌱INGREDIENTS USED 🌱
▪️1/4 Cup (30g) Coconut Flour
▪️4 Scoops (84g) Vanilla Plant-Based Protein Powder
▪️1/4 Cup (58g) Unsweetened Apple Sauce
▪️2 Tbsp (56g) @miyokoscreamery
Vegan Plain Cream Cheese*
▪️2 Tbsp (30g) Cashew Butter
▪️1/4 Cup +1-2 Tbsp (75-95mL) Almond Beverage**
▪️3 Tbsp (45mL) of Meyer Lemon Juice
▪️Splash of Vanilla Extract
▪️2 Pinches of Pink Himalayan Salt
▪️2/3 Cup (100g) Frozen Organic Blueberries
▪️Optional: 12-18 drops of Stevia Extract (for extra sugar-free sweetness)
*You could also omit the cashew butter altogether & add 2 extra Tbsp of @miyokoscreamery
vegan cream cheese instead, to make it taste even more “cheesecake-y”
**the amount of almond beverage depends on the texture both of the coconut flour & protein powder used
