Igår kväll käkade vi kebabrulle - seitan kebab🌱✌🏽 Jag är skyldig till brottet att ”höfta” när jag lagar recept jag själv utarbetat tidigare. Den här batchen var inte fullt lika spicy som den oftast är. Men blev gott som vanligt😍 . . Seitan kebab Portioner: 4-8 Tid ca: 6 timmmar (inklusive nedkylning) Ingredienser: 130 gram (2 dl) vetegluten 80-100 ml vatten 1 tetra svarta bönor, avrunna och sköljda 1 tsk sojasås 0,5 tsk salt 2 msk solrosfrön 1 msk tomatpuré 0,5 dl bjäst 2 msk kebabkrydda 2 msk paprikapulver 1 tsk spiskummin 1 tsk lökpulver 2 klyftor vitlök . . Du behöver: Ugnsfolie Mixer/matberedare/stavmixer Ugn Mått Köksassistent eller degbunke . . Såhär gör du: . 1. Sätt ugnen på 150°C 2. Mixa solrosfrön. 3. Skölj bönorna och mixa sedan bönor, kryddor,vitlök, tomatpuré, soja och vatten till en helt slät smet. 4. Flytta över till köksassistenten/bunke och tillsätt 2 dl vetegluten. Det är viktigt att inte ”packa” måttet. 5. Börja knåda eller sätt på köksassistenten på. 5 min i köksassistent eller knåda 10 min för hand. Det är möjligt att du behöver tillsätta mer vatten eller vetegluten för att få rätt konsistens. 6. När degen är trådig, går att forma, seg/gummiaktig men fortfarande fuktig(inte blöt) så är den redo för att vila i 15 min. Den ska gå att dra i utan att den går sönder. 7. Forma till en jämntjock korv. Lägg på minst dubbelvikt ugnsfolie och rulla en smällkaramell i 2 lager. Det ska finnas gott om utrymme för korven att svälla. 8. Lägg in i mitten av ugnen på gallret och vänd var 40:e minut. Det tar ca 90 min-2 timmar innan den är klar. Detta varierar pga tjocklek på korven. Det brukar lukta väldigt mycket kebab när den är klar. Det går även att öppna försiktigt och trycka lätt på den med något rundat. Den ska kännas som din haka när den är klar. 9. När den är klar, öppna folien något och ställ in i kylen för att svalna helt. 10. Skär i tunna skivor innan den steks på mycket låg värme i rikligt med olja. Den får INTE stekas länge pga den då torkar ut. Den ska endast värmas på. Det går bra att frysa seitan. Packa in den i plast och lägg i en fryspåse. Klarar sig ca 3 månader i frys. . Hierna ging het súúúper hard regenen en onweren en moesten we noodgedwongen naar een strand lunchzaakje (Juan y Andrea) waar we EU 120,- betaalden voor een lunch met droog brood en water. We wilden daar zo snel mogelijk weg en hierdoor werden we alsnog natgeplenst. We hebben gerend en keihard gelachen, bijna gevallen en zijn een ervaring rijker (...en nier armer, want die hebben we moeten verkopen om de lunch te betalen 😂). Top dagje ♥️

I love experimenting in the kitchen. I like to dig into my spices and my vegetables and just go nuts🙄. This butternut squash contains👉 Mushrooms, yellow bell pepper, onion, green onion, garlic, celery, radish, parsley, broccoli sprouts.👉Cut the butternut longways in half, take the seeds out, drizzle a little bit of olive oil and bake it for 35-40 minutes at 350F. 👉Sautee the mushrooms, yellow bell pepper, onions, green onions, garlic and celery. Add pink salt and pepper.👉 Dig out or mold down the center of the squash to make room for all the veggies. Top your squash with the radish, parsley and sprouts.
