It's interesting how people you meet 3️⃣3️⃣ years ago appear back in your life!
Anne attended my recent Mooncake Class and when she went back home, she realised that we went to the same school and also went for a camp together. She shared this photo with me. 📸
At that time, I most probably didn't know what I wanted to do in life yet. All that was drilled into me was: study hard, get a scholarship, go overseas to get your degree, get a good job.
I doubt my parents thought that being a raw vegan chef would qualify as a "good job". 🥑
But you know what? It's the best job ever. You get to work with food, colours, health, people, events, and so many amazing experiences.💚
Last weekend, I had the honour of working with raw vegan French chef @ma.international
serving a 5-course raw vegan gourmet dinner to extremely happy guests. 🔪
Next week, I fly to Bali to represent Malaysia at the @baliveganfestival.
There will be chefs from all over the world there. There'll also be vegan advocates, conservationists, wellness coaches, musicians and so much more!🙌
In November, I have been invited to present my very first TEDx talk. Standing on that red carpet circle and sharing with the world on the healing powers of raw vegan food. 😃
This awkward kid, who used to be labelled as "squarest of the square" in school didn't turn out so bad after all.🤓
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey, I truly appreciate your support. Together, we can discover the true power of the plant-based world.🙏
