How did you start your day?
I have started mine with this tasty smoothie bowl and the best thing is, it's made from veg and fruit 💪💪 It's a good source of protein, magnesium, potassium, vitamin C, K and B-6. It contains so many other goodies which will benefit your body, just blend the following: ✔1 banana ✔1/2 avocado
✔ 1/3 of coconut milk - I used the amazing creamy one from @lucybeecoconut
✔1 tbsp of coconut yogurt
✔1 tbsp of linseed
Then top it off with whatever you fancy, I used my homemade granola 👍👍. Say #notodiets
, just eat healthy and balanced meals and defo start your day with breakfast, your body will thank you for it

Morning morning lovelies, so I am checking in to see who has had a nice brekkie this morning 😉. Don't forget breakfast starts your day and gives you well needed energy first thing in the morning and keeps you going until lunchtime.
It has so many benefits, so why would you skip it.
So why not try and make your own home made granola in 5 minutes.
This granola is full of: ✔carbs including soluble fibre (great for reducing cholesterol)
✔fats (almonds, pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, coconut oil)
✔magnesium & calcium - both of these minerals are great for bones and teeth growth, as well as magnesium is superb for muscle stenght (power of almonds)

We went to a local vegan bakery/cafe in Burlington & everything was incredible. Y’all know I’m a sucker for sweets & I have to try every French toast/pancake option in the world 🤣 & bray loves his savory breakfast. I’m so happy I have him cause I get the best of both worlds every time we eat out 🤩

Basic banana, blueberry and peanut butter porridge 🍌🥜
Over the past few weeks I’ve been soaking my oats for about 20 minutes in the morning whilst I make a cuppa and feed the dog. Then make my porridge as normal after that....
Evidence has shown that soaking oats helps them to be broken down easier during digestion and some nutrients are easier to digest 👌🏼
Lunch with Pop Pop & Chi-Chi Boom Boom 💥
Creature of habit 🙋🏻♀️... but also so healthy, quick & delicious that I crave this warm grain free porridge almost every morning.
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbsp flax
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp hemp hearts
Dash of cinnamon
Splash of vanilla extract
Combine ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, stir until thickens to a porridge consistency (around 3 minutes). Topped with organic berries, cacao nibs, unsweetened coconut chips and @eatnuttzo
paleo 7 nut and seed butter 👌🏼.
I'm trying really hard to eat breakfast in the mornings again (I go through these phases periodically). Even though I'm not hungry first thing in the morning, if I don't eat breakfast, I am starving for lunch by 1030 and that's just dumb. Fruit and nuts don't satisfy me at all. Oatmeal and smoothies often make me gag in the morning. I prefer savory foods whenever possible. Avocado toast seems like an easy go to but avocados can be hard to plan around since they aren't always ripe or are too ripe when I get around to using them. Also, one whole avocado is too much for me to eat at one time and then the other half goes brown. I'm trying Ezekiel bread (see your frozen bread section) and the premade guac cups from Del Monte (produce section). I know it's not quite as fresh an option but it's much more practical and I don't have to worry about wasting avocados. Today was the first day... Let's see how long I can stick it out!
