Die erste Woche zurück am Eisen war hart. Kaum war die erste Einheit beendet war er da -Muskelkater, wie persönlich befohlen durch des Teufels General. Leaning over a little to hit the side and rear delts more. — Shoulders have always been my weakest body part, especially rear delts, so I’m making a conscious effort to focus on getting them to grow well 👍🏽 — Happy with progress so far, it’ll be 11 weeks back at the gym on Friday, I’ve leaned up a little and added muscle, so the plan has been executed well. Solid shoulder and bicep workout tonight at @bodytechgym 💪🏽 I’m now 13st 2lb. That’s about 1lb less than 10 weeks ago when I started back the gym but I’m a lot leaner, much stronger and look bigger, so happy with that 👍🏽 — Haven’t done these for a long time! Felt so good but my bicep/forearm tie in is still hurting a lot! It eased off the more I trained but couldn’t go heavier than 40kg EZ bar on these wide grip upright rows.
