Back day! Throwing down on a bunch of back today and feeling pretty solid. Was pretty happy with the development of my back after watching the pull up video from Tuesday and I want to keep that moving in the right direction. Excited for @calliefitts

I saw DJ Khaled doing these (wrong🤣) and I realize I haven’t done single one arm rows this month. Single one arm rows are great for building the back. I also did the ab wheel weighted😈
Shoulders today! Kids are back in school and it’s really nice to be back in a routine for everyone!
