This right here is the exercise I have most improved!
When I first changed my eating I was good at prepping but I never “felt” like eating what I made. The offer of a free food or to tag along takeout was all I needed to change my plans. I would keep what I packed and eat it “tomorrow.” Ahhh, a moment of silence for so much money and food lost to that thought. ❤️ So often tomorrow didn’t happen either.
Now I celebrate eating what I prep. It feels good to plan and then stick to what I planned! It isn’t painful to turndown free food or takeout. I sincerely appreciate the offer but I am having too much fun losing weight and feeling accomplished when I eat what I prep. 😁
It is an exercise. You make a decision and you practice. My accountability group helps me stay on point to get that muscle to its strongest!
