Choosing Higher Consciousness!
Moving more into attunement with the nuances of the body is an easy access portal into higher consciousness. Within the body we find both gross and subtle energies - the more subtle we attune, the higher our level of consciousness.
To better understand this, consider your trajectory within a yoga class or meditation session. At the beginning, we are often distracted by our gross body awareness - aware of the needs of the body ...something hurts, we feel an itch, it’s hard to settle in. Next there’s a layer of mental debris, possibly in the form of distorted thoughts - am I doing this right, or simply drifting off - both ways of moving into lower consciousness on the mental plane. Eventually, we settle in, find the flow, and move into that space of Oneness with the breath - this is a higher layer of consciousness as we tune in with the subtle body. By he time the session ends we often find ourselves in a much improved state - Mind, Body, and Spirit!
Welcome to Higher Consciousness! You know the route, you just have to choose it in order to receive it. The power is yours!

A few years ago I felt called to study the work of Abraham Hicks. I was undergoing an extremely personal journey to a better understanding of myself. The process caused me to unveil a lot of unhealthy past ways of thinking. It also caused me to explore new ideas on who I am, what I am capable of, how we’re all connected, what happens after this life, etc. In fact, I’ve spent many hours since then exploring these ideas.
One thing that has really stuck with me from the teachings of Abraham Hicks is the process of getting in a good feeling place so you can align vibrationally with the things you want to attract in your life. This process includes letting go of any negative thoughts towards the thing you want to align with. This in itself can be challenging because, even though you desire something, you may not be in that good feeling place when you think about it. Meaning, if you have other negative ideas surrounding “that thing”, such as why you can’t have it, why you don’t have it, why it’s hard to get, etc.
Instead, what we must do is find ways to positively align with what it feels like in the having of the thing. You literally must picture yourself living the life you would be living if you had “that thing” now. You have to be able to close your eyes and picture the luxury in the details, the delicacy in the feeling of it, the deliciousness in the smell of it, the warmth you feel when it surrounds you, the security it brings you... the exact feeling you want to have in having the thing.
You must feel good to align with and attract what you want. So, if you’re not feeling good about things, stop. Close your eyes. Picture what you want. Lose yourself in the details of having it. Allow yourself to be for a moment exactly what it is that you want to be.
Vibrate THAT = Attract THAT.
