babes! 🤗 I've just started going to @integrativemedical360

I needed an immune boost before I left for Colombia and this was the perfect way to get the essential vitamins and minerals directly into me that will keep my system operating at full speed! They have several different kinds of nutritional IVs that deliver the goods straight to your blood stream. No worrying about whether or not your body will absorb the supplements through your gut. You get the benefits much faster, too! I got the Immune IV loaded with Glutathione and Vitamin C, and there are lots of others to choose from that help with things like weight loss, healing, performance, energy, and even beauty and anti-aging! Yes, please! 🙋 I'm excited to share my experience in the coming weeks with you as I receive a series of these IVs!
If you're feeling like you could use a boost in any of these areas and you live near Pittsburgh (they are located right on McKnight Rd), be sure to contact @integrativemedical360
and they can hook you up - literally! AIM360 has agreed to give my followers 15% off their first IV treatment at the clinic. You can use my discount code, Bibza15, for 15% off a service!
Have you tried nutritional IVs or thought about doing it? 👇

Real talk! Today I want to talk to you about eating and body image because it‘s a topic very dear to my heart and i got inspired by a recent post of @sarahluisaunplugged.
I have nerver been the skinny girl. I was always rather small and muscular because of gymnastics. I sometimes got bullied for that and was called fat. As i got older and more feminin i developed quiet early a curvy body. I was so insecure because all the other girls were still skinny with not a lot of curves. I always wondered:„ Why do I have to be such an early developer“ because in my heart I was still so much a kid and so not ready to grow up. When I was about 15 years old I injured my leg and therefore I couldn‘t exercise anymore. I gained quiet some weight at that time and got even more insecure. Then I started to get into healthy eating and dieting and I just realised that for me it‘s sometimes such a fine line between the two and I need to be carefull that I don‘t get obsessed over them because I wan‘t to look a certain way. I always need to tell myself that it is perfectly fine the way I look! I eat healthy, I dance, I workout and I need to be so gratefull that my body let‘s me do all that stuff, so how can I not love it. So to all the men and women out there, tall, little, curvy, flat, muscular, lean, skinny or disabled in a way, treat your body well and love it for the way it serves you everyday and sticks with you. ❤️ #loveyourself
You seriously can’t outwork a bad diet!! Trust me I tried!! 😂🤦♀️
Like I said before I’ve been focusing on my nutrition this year, one reason being the wedding, but the bigger reason is just being healthy and becoming my best self I can possibly be!
I’m so glad I became an online health and fitness coach! It keeps me accountable, but I also get to help other women become their best self, and earn some extra money if they choose to!
We are hosting another sneak peek into the coaching life next week! What could a little extra money help you with? Gas for your car, your kids activities, utility bills, mortgage, car payment, or to treat yourself? I mean the list could go on!! _
But one of the best things about this, you become healthier and happier while helping others!! It’s pretty darn awesome!!! Message me or comment below if you want to be added in next week!!! There’s no strings attached! If it’s not for you, that’s perfectly okay! 😁
Where you break out means something :
On your forehead can mean your diet is poor meaning it’s too high in fat or processed foods. Or digestive problems or irregular sleep
On your cheeks can mean your diet is too high in dairy or you’re having stress or experiencing allergies
On your nose is also due to poor food choices, indigestion, bloating or poor blood circulation
Around your mouth or on your chin can mean hormonal imbalance, stress or kidney imbalance
Do you experience acne and where do you find your breakout most? 🧖🏻♀️
👵🏻🧓🏾Aging is inevitable, but h o w and w h e n we age is highly influenced by our lifestyle.⠀⠀⠀
💪🏼The symptoms of "aging" are the result of the interaction of our age and a variety of individual factors— many of which we control.⠀⠀⠀
😴One controllable factor to support better aging is sleep— getting the right amount of sleep.⠀⠀⠀
➡At any age, adequate sleep is essential, and helps:⠀⠀⠀
• Improve memory and focus;⠀⠀⠀
• Hormone and neurotransmitter regulation;⠀⠀⠀
• Keep mood and appetite stable;⠀⠀⠀
• Inflammation regulation;⠀⠀⠀
• Keep the immune system healthy and balanced; and⠀⠀⠀
• Recover from stress (emotional/ phsyical).⠀⠀⠀
🖐🏽Important: While sleeping enough helps keep us healthy, sleeping too much can be a sign of illness.⠀⠀⠀
😔If sleeping over 9 or 10 hours is becoming the norm, consult a physician. Excessive sleep can be a sign of nutrient deficiency (low iron and B12 can both cause fatigue), depression, infection, or serious illness.⠀⠀⠀
🔑The earlier you start practicing habits that can help you age well— like getting the right amount of sleep— the better. But these habits can make a difference no matter your current age.⠀⠀⠀
💫Practice better sleep habits consistently, and transform the experience of aging.
Understanding how our bodies react to food & making adjustments can have a profound effect on our energy system.
start with a detox water (stay tuned, I’ll post the ingredients tomorrow 😉)
Greeeen smoothie for the win 🥬🥝🍌🍓🍍😋
Was STARVING this morning after my workout class. All I had at the office was @julianbakery
almond flour bread and a Greek yogurt (I never usually eat dairy but sometimes you gotta make due) topped off with some slivered almonds, coconut shreds, dark choco chips and raspberries 😋😋😋#cleaneating #plantbased #treatyourbodyright
Most adults need between 7 and 9 hours a night to ensure they’re functioning at their best.
Getting enough good-quality sleep will ensure you wake up feeling alert, are more productive during the day, and is important for good physical and mental health.
Even if you feel like you’re unconscious until morning, sleep has a typical structure, cycling in and out of lighter and deeper stages. All stages of sleep are important for waking refreshed; if sleep is disrupted or you’re not getting enough, waking up in the morning can be really hard.

"Your body is your temple, keep it pure and clean for the soul to reside in."
My mom had a severe eating disorder, she was never more then 110lbs and my step-father continued to tell her she was fat and ugly...she complained about her weight daily and hearing that as a little girl definitely did a number on me. .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My eating disorder started young, food became my obsession. I was a binge eater, restricting food was my mom's thing so I did the opposite. .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Our habits are so engraved in us we don't even realize why we do what we do. I would avoid social situations as a teen because I "too ugly", "too fat", "my stomach hurt" whatever...I KNEW later on that I had some MAJOR food sensitives causing acne, stomach pain, bloating etc and instead of listening to my body and treating it right, I turn to the foods that made me feel shitty...people without eating issues can't understand this obsession and disease is just as bad as a drug addiction (I remember WISHING I was a drug addict instead because I thought it was be easier! Stupid yes!)...
My routine was showing the world I was 'all together' then stuffing my face and hiding out from the world cause I secretly hated myself. .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Treating your body well, getting enough sleep, eating clean whole nutritious foods, exercise (in moderation unless you are a professional athlete or training for something...cause that is whole different topic)...are all ways of showing yourself love! You will have more energy! Feel better! Think clearly! Do more of what you love. . .
No excuses, what 'healthy' activities do you keep putting off cause its 'too hard'? Or what DO You do now to keep yourself healthy and fit??

Why I decided to get STRONG
I’m a firm believe in digging deep and finding your WHY.
If you don’t understand on a deeper level why are going to the gym, why you are tracking your diet, your motivation will always fizzle out.
So I decided to dig deep and it took me to some real places.
In 2010, I was stalked and harassed by an ex boyfriend. It never became physical, but there were numerous times when I feared for my safety.
I remember crouching and hiding in the corner of my bedroom, listening to him pounding on the front door, hearing rocks and dirt hit the windows, my phone ringing non stop as he tried to call me.
He left messages on the answering machine shouting, ‘I know you’re in there.’
In that moment I felt small, helpless, and weak.
I never wanted to feel that way again, especially not because of some dude.
It all came to a head with a court hearing and a restraining order. Oh, and I think he ended up having to do community service. A few hours of community service for nearly 9 months of harassment. But that’s a whole different rabbit hole I could go down.
Following this, I became afraid of every strange man I came in contact with. My experience showed me how easily I could be overpowered.
I started going to the gym, lifting heavy weights, empowering myself again.
I felt that if I could become physically strong, then next time I wouldn’t be so afraid. If I could become physically strong, I would be able to walk down the street in confidence rather than fear of a potential attacker.
For a long time, this desire to regain the power that had been taken away from me, is what kept me going.
Through strength training and adding muscle to my body, I was able to get back a piece of myself that had been stolen.
Now, I just freaking love being in the gym and doing what I do.
Even though the entire experience was a pile of shit, I have to thank my ex. He tried to make me feel small and weak but instead pushed me to be better and stronger in ways I didn’t think possible.
PS: If you have or are currently experiencing something similar and just need a sounding board, feel free to send me a DM. I’m here girl.
Teeny tiny avocados are my current OBSESSION!! They don’t over ripen, have good stone to flesh ratio, I can eat the whole thing so don’t get browning, and store in the fridge FOREVER!!
B.confidence! not B for Booty, however it’s looks like a Booty trend but it’s just a big and a slim waist 😁 So my love my serenawilliams increases daily.. See how beautiful we look, I admire her strength so much ... she inspire me a lot too. ❤️🎾
Talking about body confidence......
Body confidence doesn’t come from trying to archive the “perfect body” it comes from embracing the one you have and knowing that you treat it with love everyday .... There are so many things you can do to boost your confidence and feel better about yourself ..... and non of them start with loosing weight or looking any different .... they start deeper, they start with the way you choose to treat yourself and your body ..... #treatyourbodyright
I had no idea that one day I’d take a trip that was set in motion 40 years earlier.
Meeting people who will be integral parts of the future & seeing places we have never seen before. Wow! It is really challenging to put into words.
Once I have some more photos on my phone to be able to explain better, I will. For now, I’ll leave you with this, don’t give up on your dreams EVER! It may take you 40+ years but it will happen!
I think a lot of us wait for some overwhelming motivation to finally start making changes. The hard thing about motivation is that it doesn’t always last. There is a honeymoon phase to pretty much everything. After the initial excitement fades of a new workout regimen, diet program or marriage(....), it becomes harder to put in the effort.
Anything worth achieving or holding on to takes some serious work. We won’t feel inspired everyday to put our head down and get after it. But... it’s on the days we feel less inspired and lack motivation where we can grow the most. Imagine the confidence you gain when you’re at your weakest but still make the right choice.
I’m writing this for the world to see but it’s more of a letter to myself. Deer Chad, quit being a 👶🏼, pick your head up and get to work. #habitaplife
🍓🥬🥒If you want to eat better, you don’t have to get weird about things.
⚖️You don’t need to weigh and measure everything, or count out your almonds.⠀
🤔You just need to think about what you’re already eating, and how you could make it a little bit better, one small step at a time.⠀
🌈Think about a spectrum of food quality rather than “bad” or “good” foods.⠀
🏃🏽♀️How far you progress along the continuum all depends on what YOU want, what YOU need, and what YOU can reasonably do, right now.⠀
⏳Over time, things can change.⠀
👊🏼Play YOUR game.
I squeeze you so hard I love you so much 🥰🐶 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Taking a lil dog break then back to emailing back all the rad ladies who wanna get on the health + fitness train😍💪🏽 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Being able to give back and help others is the absolute best EVER 👊🏽 ✨#grateful
Reading and responding to text messages while asleep — called “sleep texting” — is an abnormal sleep behavior.
It’s right up there with sleepwalking, and is also a growing concern among doctors grappling with a sleep-deprived population.
We tend to think of sleep in finite terms: You’re either fully awake or fully asleep. But it’s not that simple.

breakfast vs dinner. many people always ask me how i eat the things i do at times, but still stay in incredible shape. BALANCE is the word that as a fitness enthusiast i cannot stress enough. a bacon burger with goat cheese and onion is ALWAYS my go to meal when i need that extra iron intake. is it the healthiest thing i can eat? No. But can i afford to eat it after all my hard work in the gym? Yes. It’s all about knowing your limits, and finding that balance in how you eat and what you eat. My dinner tonight is not an everyday meal or even an every week meal. It’s when i know my body needs it, and other then these day, i am extremely tough on myself with what i put into my body for example, my breakfast. i LOVE to eat, but i LOVE to workout even more to earn these yummy meals and still be happy with the outcome of my body. #learnhowtoeat #balanceeating #smarteating #treatyourbodyright #listentoyourbody #fitnessenthusiast #fitnesstrainer #gymlovers #newjerseyfitness #fitnessabroad #healthyfood #lifting #gains #focusonyourbody
Treat your body well and it will treat you better👌🏻nothing as good as this post workout meal from @dirteatclean
.. Cashew ricotta cheese with shaved beets, pumpkin seeds, and olive oil drizzle on gf bread with macadamia nut milk cold brew😍I could eat this everyday
Biggest mindset shift I've made lately is to do things even when they are uncomfortable or when previously learned responses told me to think something was not ideal or challenging.... Are you following me? Right here is a perfect example. Before, I would have decided that today sucks cause its raining, don't want to go outside and get wet, stay inside, what should we do, so bored and on and on. NOPE. NOT ANYMORE! There is absolutely nothing wrong with today. Had a fabulous run in the pouring rain with @kjgilroy
down the beautiful Ali'i Dr (because it's better than running in -30 at home), delicious healthy lunch, reading a good book, planning an afternoon outing, quality time with the kids! 👌💯

The quality of water we consume plays a major role in our health. Just because a bottle cost $2.99 does not mean it’s higher quality. Most water nowadays contains inorganic minerals that cannot be utilized by the body. That includes spring water, remember the body can only utilized minerals from organic sources or living organisms. Distilled water is the purest water available to us at this moment. They say it leeches minerals but don’t tell us what kind. Distilled water has a negative charge that only pulls positively charged inorganic minerals out of the body and blood.
I purchased a water distiller from a local health store for about $200. By far, this was the best investment ever as I’ve had it for about 5 years. I only store my water in glass jars and jugs. If you want to add minerals to the water you can squeeze a lime or lemon and still well.
Keep in mind that all “natural” and “spring” water sources are tainted and distilled water is the best way to go!
