Sometimes you just need a fish finger sandwich 🥪🐟 Question is how do you like yours??? Today I have gone with an open sandwich as I cut a door stop slice of dough dough bread lols.
Serves 1: 1 slice of @flintowlbakery
sough dough white bread, 3 fish fingers, 2 tsp tartare sauce, small handful of spinach leaves, salt and pepper. Cook the fish fingers to packet instructions. When a couple of mins away from the end of cooking spread the tartare on the bread pile up with some spinach and place the fish fingers on top 💥
