Do you workout on vacation or not? Do you eat what ever you want or have it in moderation. Honestly it really depends on the person. Every trip is different too.
This trip we were very busy. From snowboarding, hiking, touring around banff. I wasn’t worrying if I needed to get a workout in or if I hit my steps for the day. Sometimes when I over think “what if they don’t have healthy options at the restaurant, when will I get my workout in”. Takes over the vacation I worked hard to plan for.
I was eating two large meals a day with lots of protein and veggies. Just the way it worked out. #Banff
had plenty of healthy selection. Also packing a few snacks in case I got hungry was a must ( cheese, banana, fresh juice, @rxbar
That being said yes I did indulged in lots of yummy drinks and of course fudge😍
Coming home I’m not worried about doing a reset or a detox, because I kept things pretty balanced👊🏼 I feel good and not bloated like most trips I come back from!! Side note// (this photo👆🏼I was stopping every 5 seconds because my legs were burning🔥 who knew snowboarding could be so intense on the legs🙈) It was a beautiful much needed trip💗
