in support of #tbiawareness
There are a few initiatives you can join, all by donation👇🏻 by donating you not only help us raise funds to continue running the FREE 6 week research-backed Yoga and Meditation program but you benefit from all the awesomeness, too!
1. Meditate daily in March with a 31 day meditation challenge. Enrollment is by donation, you will receive a guided meditation, inspirational quote and tools to buff up your mindfulness practice every day from March 1st-31st!! Sign up through the link in the @loveyourbrain
2. Come practice @unionyogastudio
on Thursday March 21st with @bakayogini
for her 1pm Hot Hatha or at 8:30pm with @yogawithkassandraprus
for their Yin + Meditation class. These classes are by donation!!
3. Join us all on Saturday, March 30th from 7-9:30pm for an evening of community and fundraising @unionyogastudio
! We will be hosting a guided meditation, gentle movement practice, a discussion circle AND the opportunity to contribute to a community vision board (yay for arts and crafts!). Tickets are by donation.
