With the London life being so hectic 😫⌚ most people have to be very efficient with their time in order to be able to train. So often people go to the gym and spend hours and hours in there doing many exercises for each muscle group, amongst waiting for equipment.
✅Here at Performance Ground, sessions last 1 hour and are structured to ensure that every exercise is specific to a goal and no time is wasted at all.
We feel that a one hour well-structured session is more than enough to make good progress.

Mein Körper hat schon so einiges mitgemacht - 3 Schwangerschaften und dazwischen immer wieder trainiert/definiert. Sportlich war ich immer und auch während allen drei Schwangerschaften habe ich bis zuletzt Sport (im weitesten Sinne) gemacht, mich sicherlich nie ausgeruht auf dem Umstand des Umstands. Das konnte ja auch jeder, zumindest für die letzte Schwangerschaft, verfolgen.
Eigentlich weiß ich das nicht mal zu schätzen, dass ich diese Transformationen durchmachen kann, ohne dass man auf den ersten Blick erkennt, dass ich 3 Kinder ausgetragen habe - 6 Tage nach der 3. Entbindung stehe ich quasi bei Null. Sicher, das kostet Energie, Hartnäckigkeit und Disziplin, damit ich wieder in die gewünschte Form komme. Aber ich habe es schon zwei Mal geschafft und dafür muss ich mich heute mal selbst loben. Der Weg wird noch beschwerlich und an Training ist noch mindestens 2 Monate nicht zu denken, ich freue mich aber riesig auf das Training. Und auf das, was mein Körper leisten kann.

MY CLIENTS ARE MY LIFE ❤️
I invited my beautiful bunch for a small get-together to celebrate all their wins over the past year.
I totally tricked them into coming as it was my birthday (mwahaha), but really it was all about them. The birthday just got me thinking about everything I’ve been doing over the last 12 months, and these gorgeous guys and gals truly are my greatest achievement. They’ve overcome injuries, run half marathons, worked up from 10kg to 100kg squats and counting, lost weight, lifted even more weight, managed health issues, rebalanced hormones, improved their posture, gained new levels of health, boosted their fitness and just been SO FRIGGIN DEDICATED even when the going’s been tough.
Around half of my clients came along (which I was thrilled with considering around a third of them live elsewhere on the planet!). Weirdly enough, most of them had never met before! The most they usually see of each other is my previous client leaving as they arrive for their session. When you get to know people the way I know these guys you really get a sense of what lights them up. It made me happy almost to the point of tears to see them all chatting away, sharing stories and interests among themselves.
Can’t wait for the next step in my little tribe’s collective journey! Thinking of organising some group training sessions to foster a real sense of community... Any and all ideas of fun events I can put on for these legends will be gratefully received!

sport I always find hard to choose how much should I wear.
Is getting cold in UK and it's not easy to face getting out of your house for a #run
and face the first part of your training when you are not still warm enough.😬😵🌡 Anyway I noticed that when I wear too much all my training is uncomfortable.
So I have now opt out for "suffering" the first few minutes to have a better #training
later 🏃🏋😀. How many layers do you wear?

I've been at the process diagrams. This one applying performance management to training goals.
I'm hoping it might help with adding a new tool to some people who are getting frustrated with not making those gains they hoped for....
A bit of a bitter sweet experience this weekend at #wheelerranch
. I trained for 4 months specifically for this moment to compete against a few individuals. Those individuals also worked their ass off for the same thing. It was unfortunate their flights were canceled and they never made it to Texas.
Nonetheless the lifting still had to be done.
I hit PRs around the board.
We tested 10RM on the following lifts:
Front squat- 300x8 and 280x10
Incline DB bench- 80sX10
Been a tough year with some on going unspecified foot pain. Been a long road back since i rolled it in a trail marathon last February. But I've been doing regular strength and conditioning and slowly increasing volume. Ran my quickest 5km in a while on Saturday, not amazing but an improvement of 40 seconds from 3 weeks ago. Almost back to sub 20. Mini goal of being back under 20 min for 5 km in another two weeks time is on track. .
