10 x Handstand Push Ups
10 x Weighted Sit Ups
Then the storm hit making its presence felt hard. ⚡⚡⛈

“the red rig” started training a couple of months ago. She literally did not lift a weight for 3 weeks as we purely worked on mobility and getting Ellie’s red rig able to move well again, yes it was a bit of a mess haha. I don’t have a before photo of how the squat looked but man this such a huge improvement and form is on point! Great work Ellie 🙌

Leg accessory work after already destroying my legs on squats..... 😳 7 sets of single legged leg extensions, 6 sets of leg curls and 7 sets of calve raises. 💪 Pyramid scheme workout. 🙏 Going to be in penguin mode the next couple of days. 😁
