Some days you have good days and some days you have bad days.
I recently had a training session and I felt that I was doing really bad, I literally wanted to leave the room and cry.
I was sparring a larger team member and all of his punches and kicks were landing on me all the time. Why am I not checking? Why is he leg chopping me so much?
Anyway I sucked it up and continued. Once we finished class I was still on the edge of crying but I took a few deep breaths, focussed on things I do well in training and immediately felt better.
The bad days can really suck but these days are the ones that will make you better and push you to your limits.
I think it's important to remember that we all have our off days and we shouldn't be too hard on ourselves. We shouldn't compare ourselves with our peers because we are all on our own journey.
