Not my best photo qual, but just wanted to say how much I love starting my day with green smoothies.⠀
Lately I’ve been lovingggg leafy greens in ALL my meals, and especially as a clean breakfast option to start my day off on the right foot. I’ve been adding spinach, 1-2 tbsp @naturalcitizen
protein powder, splash cold brew, 2 Brazil nuts, 1 date, 1/2 banana, tbsp hemp, tbsp coconut, tbsp cacao, @threetrees
almond milk, cinnamon and ice cubes and it’s just the right combo for me. 👌🏼 I’m curious, how many servings of leafy greens do you all usually get per day?
