Maybe it's just me, but nothing seems more like a Toronto institution then the little Greek diner (usually owned by a guy named Peter :) Each have regular customers, long time staff and a menu for everyone.
in the Village of Weston carries this torch in delicious fashion. The lamb wrap had large chucks that were grilled and spiced in a way that make you forget about the dozen shawarma shops in the area. The fries and salad had the right amount of the right ingredients with portions that are sure to leave you a belt notch higher then before you sat down. A super clean setting and just steps from the UP Station, I declare this a nessesary detour on your way to the airport or Union Station.

February market stats are in! 🌱
Overall sales numbers in Toronto are only slightly up since last month & year over year and new listings are down indicating we are still in tight market conditions. These tight conditions are promoting year over year price growth. Essentially less listings combined with low interest rates and a large buyer pool are keeping prices up.
Bidding wars and multiple offers are keeping Avg sale to list price ratio at or just above the 💯 % Mark.
The condo market has also seen a lower total number of sales but again due to lower inventory, price/ Sqft growth of 0.55% and increased total sold price was seen.
The frenzied rental market has seen an almost incomprehensible average rental rate of $2594/m for a 1 bed unit in Toronto.
Is used to be that rental rates being low we’re the reason many leaned towards that market but with the huge increases in rates, consumers are now really considering the jump into the buyer market.
