This 👆It’s hard to strike that balance between living life and enjoying things like a packet of cookies and overindulging. I’m searching for that balance now and trying to give myself grace and space to work through it. Yesterday and today I haven’t tracked and I’m 100% okay with it because this weekend has been crazy and my body is exhausted and my brain is a little worn out. Tomorrow I’ll ease myself back into it and then by Tuesday I plan to be back on my game ✌️ until then... you can find me in the kitchen, sipping tea and munching on Raisin Bran 😌

- 30g @tropeaka
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 banana
- 1 egg (or vegan egg substitute)
- 1 tsp baking powder
Blend all ingredients with a dash or water or almond milk and fry on a non-stick pan or with a little coconut oil. 💫 I topped mine with some fruit, @nakulaorganic

When on a diet we get bored very easily, we are fed up of the same meals day in and day out. .
But whether you are on a diet on not 60% of us rotate the same 7-10 meals through the week. .
Just because you are on a diet we possibly look into our meals too much and want things to be exciting all the time. Reality is you are not a chef and you don’t have the time to make fancy lunches or dinners everyday. .
So boring is sometimes easy, quicker and keeps it stress free. .
To keep things interesting I tell my clients to go out for food or at least attempt making one new meal a week. I’d like to share this weeks FFP meal. Chicken teriyaki baguette 😁 .

Week 4 of intermittent fasting 🧘🏻♀️
Here are my results.
I always feel kind of nervous to talk about my weight,especially when it comes to sharing pictures when I weighed more than I currently do or had a higher body fat %. Even today when people ask me I'm so hesitant to say that number on the scale due to experiences I've had in the past from toxic people or family members.
Unfortunately this has,to this day still stuck with me and I have to sometimes deal with.
I'm still working on not feeling ashamed of how I may have looked in the past (or future) because no doubt I will at some point bulk again or gain weight and my body will always change.
Weight is something I have always been a little sensitive about due to it being the go to insult some people used to try and hurt me.
It's a real shame people will be that evil or insecure to try and tear others down instead of empowering them.
I guess the most important message here is to think once,twice and even a million times before you say certain things or act in certain ways towards people because these things will stick by them and your words will echo even months or years later.
It's not hard to be a decent human being.It doesn't cost you anything.It's really not that hard for you to compliment someone.
Let me tell you it's even easier to keep your mouth shut if you haven't got anything nice to say because words 100% cut deeper.
One thing I am glad about today is that these things no longer affect me as they used to.As the weight insecurity and insults began early on in life they did affect me massively and sometimes I still have doubts. Now I've grown,educated myself and seen what people in this world can be like and I've become somewhat immune to any negativity others may project because I know who I am and no one can change the way I think about myself.
