I'm using this account as a way to personally track my fitness progress. I've been gaining too much unhealthy weight and it's time to change that. I hit 185 after cutting out soda, fast food and for the most part sugar. Currently at about 203. Current goals- get toned up and put on more muscle mass to be at a healthy 200. I meant to put this up about a week and a half ago when I started going back to the gym, but better late than never. Probably gonna do monthly updates, or one every couple months. Oh and I occasionally toke up before a workout as well, hence the "bluntly" part of my username. It helps clear my head and helps me last longer as well as reduces any soreness I might experience. Highly recommended.
