we’re heading out for a mini getaway today to go wine tasting and exploring, so i figured i’d get some nutrients in now😅
i actually used to not love chia pudding, but now i’m in loooove. for this one, i added 1/2 cup of chia seeds to just under one can of coconut milk, stirred it up, and let it sit overnight in the fridge.
this morning i layered it with raspberry chia jam and added a touch of coconut sugar, coconut shavings, banana, and goji berries. soooo good and now i have a ton extra for the week too💁🏻♀️

Apparently it was my birthday last night haha. We actually went out to one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to called Augusto’s in Warminster to celebrate our 3 year anniversary and use a gift certificate we had. The food. Was. Phenomenal. I enjoyed not worrying about calories at all during that meal and find that I need meals like that as a part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle. It’s mentally needed and helps me to stay on track and consistent with other healthy habits. I work from 12-4 today so my plan is to do the daily moves and #studiotoneitup

to shovel snow and the more I thought about it, the more I realized that I need to be more kind to myself.
TBH, I am totally guilty of comparing myself to others. Sometimes I am fine & other times I can’t help it. When I do compare, it makes me feel horrible. So today, I am promising myself to stop it all. Truly, I love my life💛 I love my husband & the life we have built together so far. I love the person I have become, because I fought hard to become her. I am so beyond grateful for all the incredible experiences I have had and all the amazing friendships I have gained over the years.
Social media can be a great thing, but also very powerful in positive & negative ways. Too many times to count I haven’t done something for fear of judgment. Today, that fear is over with! I’m going to be more kind to myself, flip my perspective to more positive & enjoy all the things of this incredible journey ✨

treadmill. I was bummed that I had to ease up for a while right after I got the treadmill due to an achilles strain. But after a few weeks of rest and some new shoes, my 3 miles are feeling great! I love you a waffle lot 😂 I had some leftover PB Chocolate ONOs (recipe in the “Recipes” section of my archives) this week so I made them into heart waffles. Just add:
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup egg whites
and blend it up. Make sure to share them with someone you love. I topped mine with thawed strawberries and maple syrup blended up to make a sauce.
