🏃♂️🏃♀️3.29 miles total. Got my replacement @racedots 🙂 to replace the 1 that flew off of me during a race. Almost didn't make it out for this run tonight because I have been feeling tired the last 2 days and some of my students have been sick, so I may be fighting something. I finally hit my target pace for my target distance!👏🏼 Increasing the distance at my target pace every week. I have been running in tons of different shoes lately to help my fibular head pain. 😅I keep pushing my fibular head back in place using a mobilization video. It has not hurt since I first did the video. I was suffering with the pain since the beginning of June. I am not attending my physical therapy this week and may even change physical therapy just to try a new place that helps athletes prevent injuries just how I go to my place for maintenance, but it is good to try new things and maybe learn something new. Can you see the difference? Two very different pictures yet similar too. Both messy hair, both messed up make up, & both show an exhausted mama. But, all I see is progress. Slow beautiful progress. A little over a week and a half and a few pounds down 🙌🏻 and I can notice a difference in myself.
I have not given up nor do I plan to. No more excuses!!! I love that I can work on myself everyday whenever I get a chance to. This weekend is ganna be fun I'm going camping and these workout arn't stopping. They're coming with me 😅 🏕. #BeachBodyOnDemand

This was my workout this morning. Sometimes I just go for a run in the forest and then sometimes workout at home and sometimes at the gym too! It’s good to mix things up so you don’t get bored. Anyhoo happy Thursday! 😊💕

has sucker punched me out for three days ..
So I was down and out for a bit..
So I had to stop and rest for a bit ..
But now I'm ready to get back on track and push forward..
You may see me fall and struggle time and time again but you will NEVER SEE ME GIVE UP OR STOP FIGHTING!!
Just finished my Thursday workout! I’m so sore but at least yesterday was a rest day lol. Gotta keep going and pushing for the goals!

Today’s workout was all about shoulders and HIIT
Man it kicked my ass!! I’m definitely going to be sore tomorrow!! This three rest days a week have me loving this program more and more. Especially when the work days are only 30-40 minute workouts and then you’re done!! Who doesn’t have time for that??
