My favorite cactus piece getting some much needed water. These guys are so packed in so I gotta water pretty heavy . Originally I thought I have packed them in too tight when I planted them, but they seem to be thriving, what do you guys think ??
rain, failed photoshoots and chasing dogs :) love you to the moon and back e💗 #thriving
Woo Hoo! You have got this one! Know that you are so capable, powerful, unique and special. Divine energy flows to and through you.
Me online: ugh I have no friends 😥😥 Little do you know that I (shockingly) actually do have friends ??? Like what??? But down worry, my mental health is still trash no matter how many people mildly enjoy my company I know that one day they will all leave me bc I’m trash and mean and a bad friend :)
I’m still taking my third trimester prenatal vitamins! At this stage, @RainbowLight
vitamins are promoting better digestion for me and better brain development for baby. With baby coming soon, I’ll be stocking up on my postnatal multivitamins!! I’m so glad I found a vitamin that makes me feel confident in taking care of myself and my baby! Link to purchase these amazing vitamins is in our bio!
Why do you choose to listen to those who’ve never had a dream? Time to change who you’re listening to.
Momming in my 20’s - “I’m so glad my baby sleeps through the night! I’m already exhausted!! “😦 “I’ll do dishes later. I need to sleep while my kids sleep!” 😴 “I can’t have a nap today. I’m going to make some coffee to get by.”☕️ “I hate baking day!! I eat half the cookies myself!” 😬 “I can’t get these kids to bed fast enough! I’m so emotionally spent!” “I don’t want to go anywhere for the weekend. It’s so much effort to get everything ready.” I’m thankful that the above list is not me anymore. I had no idea that what I experienced as day to day life is not how momlife should be!
Take it from an experienced mom - surviving is no way to mom!! Thriving is where it’s at!
You (and your kids) deserve so much more! I think everyone should experience momlife thriving!

As I’m approaching getting married, in the midst of all the craziness right now, I’m super excited that my friends & dating coach Antia & Brody have been with us. Sometimes I forget how stressful dating was, and finding THE one was. I’ll tell you what @antiaboyd
You DESERVE a man who can keep up with you withOUT wasting time attracting the wrong men who lose interest or won’t commit.
You CAN find a man who’s emotionally available, strong, kind, stable, secure and ready for a long-term commitment…
And you CAN find him withOUT weeding through a bunch of wannabees who aren’t ready for a strong, ambitious and successful woman like you.
AND that’s exactly what happened!!!! .
On October 1st, they are hosting a FREE Online Event will show you how to find, meet, and date the kind of men a woman like you deserves.
40 experts have come together to show you everything from how to act on the first date to where all the good men are “hiding”… and there is NO CHARGE to attend! 🙂 It’s just awesome!

Sending out the last few emails of the week like ☝️🍸💻⠀⠀⠀
Fear & intention are two sides of the same coin.
When I get wind of a dream, desire or vision of possibility, the first thing that follows it is usually fear.
Fear that it's too big, not possible, not for me, too far out. Fear that I don't deserve it, that I don't have what it takes. *
In the space of my fear, I sense choices - I can make fear a cornerstone of my inner narrative & take action with it in the driver's seat. *
I can focus on it & live from & in it.
Or I can flip the coin. *
I can focus on my intentions instead & live from & in them.
I notice that when I choose fear, I focus on the limitations of myself, others & the situation and on how far I am & the world is from where I want it to be. The stakes get higher in my mind, I take less risks, feel more anxiety & less agency. I don't actually get where I want to go any faster, but I sure do spend a lot of time thinking I should.
I also notice that when I choose intentions, I focus on what's working, what I can do more of, what I need to take care of right now, & who can support me. I am more present, patient, & resourced.
I'm not focused on arriving at a destination, nor on how far away I currently am, & I often find myself surprised when I look up & see that a vision I had once upon a time has arrived in the present moment...despite me not stressing about or forcing it.
I'm not perfect in living from intention. It's an arena that I'm playing with possibility in right now.
The world is full of challenges - personal ones, social ones. We need people with big vision & creative solutions if we are to build a more just & sustainable world. *
So often the size & stakes of those challenges lead us to dwell in fear that solutions will never come to pass, & to take action from this place of scarcity.
But what if we flipped the coin from fear to intention & led from here? Then, what might we create?

Sharing the knowledge of Ayurveda brings me tremendous joy!
I have the honor of witnessing & guiding others on their health & wellness journey.😁
An honor to be part of @pwc_switzerland
’s IT panel with our Chief Information Officer (CIO) and our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). I shared with the audience my “red round plate, blue square plate” example which I’ve found, while the two parties strive to be collaborative, is a pervasive communication issue between IT and the business no matter the company or the country my clients are in. The short version of it goes like this when I’m working with clients...
The Business: “I want a red round plate”
IT: “Ah I see, so you want a blue square plate, with such and such details.”
The Business: “Yes, thank you!”
I still rack my brain on how to solve this problem. In the meantime, I’m interested in contributing to solve the gender gap in STEM fields. I’m proud of the many efforts globally to get more women in STEM fields. Through @thrivingelements
STEM mentoring program whose mission is to create access and opportunities for underrepresented girls in STEM starting at the high school level is part of the effort
HUGE thank you to those who have and continue to contribute your hours and dollars into this effort
If you’re interested in getting involved, let me know! We can use people with all skills: photography, videography, digital design, event planning, finance, tax, admin, legal, catering food, providing refreshments for team and leadership building events, event space, etc. You don’t have to be in STEM to make a difference!
I’ve eaten pizza for lunch three days in a row this week #thriving
We are four months away from Jace leaving for boot camp and I’m trying not to count down the days. Instead I’m focusing on all the things we have had the privilege to experience together as well as everything we will get to do together before he leaves. I’ve never been in a situation like this before but I’m finding that focusing on the big picture has helped me feel less anxious about not seeing my husband for awhile. @jace_schroder
I know you will make me proud and succeed no matter what gets thrown at you, but I will miss you and I will always be thinking about you. There will be some long days and even longer nights but I know we can get through anything. I love you Jace, you are my whole world and I can’t wait to see where life takes us. Always yours, Pinto Bean 💕
The things that NO MOMMY wants to admit... (And trust me, I GET it❤) "I hate waking up in the morning" ☀️
"I pray for bedtime to come faster" 😴
"I'll just let them watch 1 more episode on Netflix" 🖥
"This is my second trip to Starbucks today" ☕️
"I need to order something else from Amazon to make my stressful life easier" 🛍
"Maybe these Oreos will help me relax" 🍪
"No one understands what having "x amount of kids" under "x amount of age" is like. They can't judge me. I can't help how stressed out I am" 👶🏻👦🏼
"I just need to workout. I don't need supplements"🏋🏼 "My friends tried that and they said it didn't work so I'm sure it's a scam". 🚫 ✋🏼✋🏼✋🏼STOP. Just press pause. 💗 You don't have to live like this anymore! I get it.... Your husband will lose his lid if you order one more thing that is a "waste of money". But WHAT IF, this is the Lord's answer for your family. WHAT IF, it makes you feel human again and puts dollars of provision in your bank account that not only pay for groceries but start paying for your MORTGAGE. 😍
I'm here to tell you there is no "what if". The answer is yes. For YOU, tired mama.... 😘 Message me today, and I'll be the friend who helps you overcome.❤

Meet our second Honored Hero for Light The Night...Joy!⠀
In 2017, Joy started getting random fevers, had painfully swollen joints and fatigue, so her parents took her to multiple doctors. After many tests, Joy was diagnosed with T-Cell ALL on July 20, 2017. She was doing well until she spiked a fever of 105° on March 4th, 2018. Her health continued to decline until she was on an oscillator, in multi-organ failure, and potentially not a candidate for full life support. The next three weeks were a rollercoaster of emotions, but through it all, Joy kept fighting. She began to recover when the doctors discovered and treated the underlying cause of her decline in health - a fungal infection. Joy's positive spirit and contagious smile are getting brighter each day as she continues to recover.⠀
She loves all things animals, snuggling with her family, listening to music, and playing outside. Her favorite foods include popcorn chicken and fruit roll ups! Learn more about how to help patients like Joy at Light The Night on Saturday, September 29th at the links in the bio!!⠀

“For a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks, it’s insides come out, and everything changes. To someone who doesn’t understand growth, it would look like complete destruction.”
From my last round of chemotherapy on February 20th to my most recent infusion treatment yesterday on September 20th, I am officially 7 months post chemotherapy. .
7 months worth of more surgeries & treatments, more scans & imaging, and most importantly more healing & [hair] growth. .
Oh, and did I ever think that I’d be taking hair styling advice from the boyfriend? Never in a million years, but here we are with a growing pixie cut and me having no clue what I’m doing. Thank goodness he gives solid hair advice. 🙈
1st week of school in the books! Some highlights of their week.....They both did so good and Beckahm is just in love with this school; his favorite class right now is jobs. I love how they are responsible for taking care of their own school! The kids have to clean the school—it is part of their curriculum 🙌🏻🙌🏻. Also, the older kids have to come in and help teach the kindergarten kids (just like a Montessori model ❤️❤️). Beckahm has to clean Amaris bathroom and Amari was so excited that he got to see his brother; “I got to see Beckahm 3 times,” he said 😍😍. One of Beckahm’s tasks this week was to give his brother a high five and some encouragement if he saw him. Beckahm said, “I told Amari you’re doing great buddy when I saw him in his class” 😍. I love the reward system at their school! Amari gets rewarded for good behavior with fox bucks every day. Friday he can either cash his fox bucks in for a prize or he can save them. Beckahm gets fox bucks for good behavior and for doing his jobs. They love it! Beckahm’s other favorite class is his club which is an after school class. They get to choose to be in a different club every 6 weeks. The choices this first term were Zumba, jump rope and sports; he chose sports! The very first time he went was their 4 square tournament—we got here late—(he’s never played 4 square in his life). When we picked him up from school he was beaming, “I won the tournament mom! I killed it in 4 square!” He was so proud of himself 😁😁. He has almost 2 hours of physical sports (including sports club). He’s played dodge ball, soccer, and some other fun new games. By the end of the week he said “every part of my body is in pain” 😂😂. I died laughing—it’s how it should be! The parents have to serve in the school a minimum of 20 hours each year—-this can come by way of volunteering your time or donating school supplies (every $10 you spend counts as an hour towards you service). Mike and I were able to team teach Amaris K class on Wednesday. It was fun getting to know the kids in his class and helping them with their alphabet. Its been a great! I’m so proud of them for finishing strong!!
