I have tons of photos that I haven’t posted. Hahaha. Kai & I make it a point to get a spa treatment in during our travels and this by far tops it. This is a couple’s bath, followed by a scrub & a massage. Ate Ruby (my therapist) is a 3rd generation mang hi-hilot, she was amazing! #naypalad

Mmmm... Semolina Pudding!⠀
Great for breakfast, but also great in the afternoon if you’re cuddled up on the couch if you ask me ☺️. I’m having a crappy day and comfort food is all I want right now.⠀
I use 1 cup milk and 2 tbs semolina per person. Just stir in and slowly heat up until thickened (it will thicken further as it cools).⠀
Spelt semolina is my favourite but I have yet to find it here in Australia 🧐. The ‘regular’ version is nice too though.⠀
Here I made a simple plum compote to go with it (halved fresh plums, splash of water, coconut sugar and cinnamon). You could also use morello cherries straight from the jar, yum.⠀
Extra cinnamon never hurts ☺️.⠀

I used a lovely jar of pesto from @comcropsg
, there are no additives and they grow their own herbs so it’s freshness guaranteed! The pesto sauce is delicious and convenient so a meal like that can be made in minutes. The Hokkaido scallops were poached in butter, then mixed together and voila! A dash of grated parmesan reggiano and chili flakes for extra depth of flavor 😌
Three day weekend means an extra day for BRUNCH! 🍳🥞🥓

Saturday night dinner belated post! Zucchini pasta with farm fresh ground pork sausage. I had a leftover homemade pizza crust in the freezer, so I thawed it out and made breadstick twists. Topped with fresh Parmesan of course 🧀 it was a good weekend, I’m not looking forward to another busy week 😭
