When we started last fall,we had the -90kg (light-heavy) in mind,but we decided not to sacrifice any weight to compete and therefore kept hydration and carbs high,without diuretics and ended up with this condition at 93kg (206lbs),so it will be the heavyweight class. 24h to go to cruise in and make the look even dryer.

Clearly muscle memory has a lot to do with this result...but the body fat is a matter of proper nutrition and timing.
