Power Snatches not feeling awful at 98 lbs. Trying to get my wrists in the correct position before I move up in weight. I think I'm starting to get it. Top set of Presses at 85 lbs and High Bar squat top sets at 160 lbs. I also did 50 reps on the high bar squat today...thanks Nik

TODAYS TIP IS ON USING A BOX WITH NARROW SQUATS:
So everyone and their momma gives me hell for using a box to squat without knowing any of the underlying benefits. Using a box does not only serve newcomers how to lift but they also serve in growth with vets as well. If you have anything to say to me FIGHT ME lmao
Helps maintain proper form
With the box set a distance away from the person it helps the individual really emphasize on pushing the hips back to help get the full benefits of the squat
2. IT HELPS WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE POSTERIOR CHAIN
When doing a narrow box squat it puts focus on the quads but if you take a slightly wider stance it shifts focus to the hamstrings, glutes, and lower back.
3. TAKES STRESS OFF OF KNEES
When you do narrow squats without the box it reaaalllly pushes the knees forward. WITH THE BOX everything below the knees stay close to perpendicular to the floor, which takes the stress off the knees while giving you the benefits of the squat
4. YOUR QUADS DEVELOP LIKE HELLLLLL
