Love sharp edges on a cake, it makes it look so much prettier. I’m always striving to perfect my technique, I use ganache underneath my cakes and @shereenscakes
Tall cakes with drip is my new favourite .. absolutely love the way the chocolate drips off the circumference of the cake..
(Yes, I have a thing for drips 😋) .. This one was a chocolate truffle inside with buttercream ombre effect and topped with goodies ..
We can't wait to experiment more with tall cakes, there's just so much to do.. I think coloured ganache will be next ☺️
First up is this stunner from last weekend for a 70th Birthday. Alternate tiers of red velvet and vanilla. Cake was ordered by a lovely daughter for her mum’s surprise 70th party.
