Today’s self love post is going to be of self reflection. I want to ask you what you think of yourself? Go through and just ask yourself each of the questions below and just take some time to reflect on each one. And if your answer is no or a negative response, maybe ask yourself why you feel like that. - Are you a nice person?
- Do you help those around you when you can? - Do you take time for yourself each day? - Do you have nice thoughts about yourself? - Are you generally happy most of the time? - What do you like doing for yourself? Just for you, no one else involved.
- Do you love yourself?
If you want feel free to share some of your responses with me. And if anyone is having a harder time, I urge you to talk to your family or friends, or someone your comfortable with, even a professional to talk about how you feel.

Mental health is something we all go through at some point in our life and at various degrees. Take time each day for you to regroup and centre again.

💫 Prep your food and take it with you.......in times where healthy choices cannot be made you have a back up!
💫 RELAX....you may eat things that are not entirely fantastic, you may train less, enjoy the children, enjoy the fun & DO YOUR BEST!
💫 Avoid beating yourself up!! This is self sabotage and will spiral you into even more not so good choices!! Except it’s time for your kiddies and DO YOUR BEST!! .
💫 Prep dinners in the morning.......if you have a long day out and come home to nothing cooked this is the time you are likely to make the wrong choice! Get it done then it’s ready for when you are home!

Pause for a moment and check in with yourself.
How is your body reacting? Are you still in our head or are you in your body listening?
Now be totally honest with yourself. What do you need to let go of this week, no matter how hard it may be.

It's hard to be present. -
One of my biggest guilts is my phone. Although I try to be mindful of how much I'm on it, I often feel obligated to be on it as well with my business and trying to pursue my passion to influence women to live a healthy & happy life. Now some might say that's an excuse but if your an entrepreneur, boss babe, wanna be insta star lol you get me. -
Taking time for yourself and your family is key. Not every moment has to be on your story, not every outting needs to be captured, everyone doesn't need your instant attention or 1800 hotline service. You have a life too and time is of great value. Know when to unplug and take a day, weekend, week away from social media if you need. Take care of you first and be mindful of your physical presence. -

Pine Valley, Utah. Spent sometime in the mountains yesterday walking, picnicking, and getting some fresh air. Hope you have a place like this to get away to, to think, relax, regroup, or just be. 😊
My ankle and knee bothered me a lot on the walk. I used to be able to walk a lot farther than I can now. I keep trying these outdoor hikes, but my knee and ankle complain fiercely each time. The surgeon wasn't kidding when he said to avoid walking on hills and rough terrain. Absolutely kills my knee and ankle. So, I am not going to do it anymore until I lose weight. Inside workouts only. And now that our three-week long birthday celebration is over (Jim's) I will be back to being super careful about food intake. As it is, I have only gained one pound back of what I lost when I was sick. Whoo hoo! Not bad. 😊
Be good to yourself and know your limits but don't let them define you. Concentrate on what you can do, not what you can't do. 😊

Feeling grounded after my meditation.
I am beyond exhausted in this photo but I feel like sometimes it’s important to post things even when you’re not at your best. It has been a LONG 10 days. Full of betrayal, drama, sleepless nights, and everything under the sun. I don’t want or need pity. I simply wanted to post that even tired and worn down from the last 10 days...I got dressed, I did my makeup, I dried my hair, dropped the kids off, and went to dinner last night. I needed the break. Mommas it is OKAY to take a break, it is OKAY to ask for help, it is also OKAY to do it alone if necessary...DO YOU, take care of YOU.

This morning was electric. Of all the places that Super Saturday could be hosted in the Denver area, it was 15 minutes from my home. It was my BB first event and it far exceeded my expectations! - * I got to “walk the stage” and claim my rank advancement certificate
* I met DJ Brian Howe who produces the bomb-dignity music for many of the Beachbody workouts
* I listened to the inspiring Amy Rada who is the #5
coach in the network
* I learned about upcoming launches and events that I for sure will be participating in
* I sweated my tooshie off during the live workout with DJ BH jamming as we got dowwwwn
* I shook some hands and met several women in my community with similar goals -
I mean, do you see my smile? And that’s in the middle of our workout when sweat was literally dripping down my face. -
Each day I continue to work on my mindset and my lifestyle practices. This was such an incredible privilege to do just that. I have made improvements, but am nowhere where I want to be. Every single day is a gift and opportunity to step closer towards those goals of believing in myself and stop fearing failure. I am in design of my future!
