I’m not a fitness model. I don’t have a six pack nor am I naturally slim and I don’t pretend to be someone I’m not. I’m just an ordinary person, ‘5 feet tall’, a little on the thick side, some would say athletic (that’s ok) living life like I know how. I’m a mum of 3 in her forties battle scars & all just trying to stay active and because gravity can be cruel in the latter years 😏
I eat normally and exercise regularly so I can get on with the rest of my life. But I also remind myself that ‘you can eat anything, just not everything.’ Moderation is key.
I train 3-5x a week a combination of HIIT, resistance, running and on the odd occasion I throw in something a little different...ie hikes, walks, yoga, Zumba. Variety in my workouts is what keeps me motivated. I am proud, thankful and in awe with how my body performs daily. EMBRACE THE SKIN YOU’RE IN 💋
