Adjusting Your Diet. Increase your daily calories (but not too much). In order to grow bigger, you'll need to make sure you are getting enough calories during the day. Eat more meals throughout the day. Stay hydrated. Eat muscle building foods. Consume protein after a workout.

while we watched the amateur and woman’s shows at the Arnold Classic. This was a time I’ll never forget. Mrs. Sibil Peeters and Roelly are pretty awesome people and it was a pleasure to spend some time with them! #thursday
is all about angles and changing up small things throughout your workout to keep it fresh and your body guessing. Everyone knows about changing rep ranges, exercises, etc.. but what you don’t think about is changing the small things to emphasize different parts of that target muscle group. For example, try alternating from a pronated grip on barbell rows to a supinate grip between each set. Or when barbell bench pressing start with a a little wider grip than you are used to and move your hands closer together at the beginning of each new set.. you can also change things like your bench angle between sets if you are using an adjustable bench like i am in the picture above 👆🏻.. Try little stuff like that if your workouts become stagnant or you aren’t getting as sore as you once were. Keep grinding and have fun in the gym! #tuesdaystip
