An old reliable for lunch today, baked potato with tuna salad with greens in the side. 💫 Seriously filling and only 2.5 syns in total for the mayo. To make the tuna salad I mix 2 tbsp of light mayo, 2 tbsp fat free yogurt, together with one can of tuna, sliced celery, one spring onion and corn, mix in a bit of seasoning and that gives you 2 portions of tuna. For my baked potatoes I spray each potato with one spray of oil, rub with sea salt and bake for 1 hour at 425 degrees.

Earlier‘s lunch - pasta bake using a Batchelors cheese & broccoli pasta & sauce adding broccoli, red & spring onion (lots of s) & cheese on top (hex a) - 2.5 syns for the full bake - split into 2 portions so going to class 1.5 syns each portion.
Also had an apple for extra speed.
Then my afternoon snack was a Fibre One popcorn bar (hex b)

Another office salad bar, this time with a jacket potato with 35g of low fat cheese (HEA). This salad was so nice especially the carrot and cabbage salad which I think was Moroccan inspired.
