Ok so some of you may have noticed I’ve been a bit abscent on here . Two reasons really either my foods been boring and quick or I’ve been on and off plan all week ! Still 8 lb away from my pre holiday weight which is so annoying but my own fault !! I set up this account on jan 9th my start date and have lost near on 5&1/2 stone but I’d really like to hit target of 7 stone before Christmas so no more messing around having the odd weekend off and treat cheats here and there . The plan 100% works for me I’ve just got to let it do it’s thing and give it everything ! Here’s to a fresh Monday start . Doing a big shop tomorrow so all planned and all foods I love to keep me motivated !
