... as promised, the photos of the new chicken balti. i served it with boiled rice 🍚 i didn’t do it much justice, there was about 6-7 chunks of chicken and loads of peppers and onions! teeny tiny little kick to it and it was delicious! i have an intolerance to spinach and this curry is one of the few that doesn’t have spinach in so this will definitely be added to my favourites list!

Cosy afternoon after a chilly morning at the park 🍁
Breakfast was blueberries and a muller (free, forever free!), lunch was HexB sandwich with 3 chicken Italia hecks (1.5) and ketchup (2). This is an options (1.5) with mini marshmallows (2ish - guessing!). Millie’s is good old Cadbury drinking chocolate in blue milk 😍. On 7 so far. 😇
Breakfast this morning was a quick bacon, egg, mushroom and tomato sandwich (1 Syn for ketchup) lunch was batchelors pasta and sauce, the tomato one for 0.5 Syn with some peppers, mushrooms and peas chucked in for speed! Oh and a little sprinkling of light cheese (a choice) 👌🏻
Breakfast was 1/3 HExB and 1/4 HExA (smart food cheese from Morrison’s allows 40g) mushrooms(s) and plum tomatoes (s) we are going to the gym early this afternoon so I don’t want food to be sat heavy on my stomach before I go.
