LEG DAY WORKOUT 🍑 -
Supersets with 10-12 reps each exercise, give this a go 🔥 👉Dumbell walking lunge 👉Box jumps -
👉Single leg press x 10 each leg 👉Double Leg press x 20
(No rest between the whole set 😬)
👉Staggered stance Stiff leg deadlift 👉Calf raise neutral stance x 10 toes wide stance x 10 -
👉Smith Bbell hip thrust (one of the very few exercises I would use a smith for)
👉Leg extensions -
Topped it off with 10 rounds of 30sec sprint intervals 💦
Anyone else have a resident gym cat?! Now I’m not overly keen on cats... but this fella is next level. Like he doesn’t move for anything... people, bikes, alarms... he just doesn’t give a shit. I like him. In other news I’m VERY red for some reason today, maybe because i did a few weights yesterday then cardio today? Legs were like jelly. Much harder to push myself.
