To be honest, I actually hate pictures of myself & I’m cringing right now posting this.. but #yolo
🤙🏼 My first thought this AM, “I def don’t want to wake up to workout, it’s 5:30am & I have work, to pack, get the house ready for my SIL to stay here to watch the pup while we go out of town this weekend, 5 hour drive... after work.. and that.” But I did it & wow.
Okay, first thoughts of this program from the “outside” it’s probably hard, I don’t have “time” is it even gonna work? But from “inside” the program, okaay listen, if my 30 minutes includes my warm up AND cool down, like holy yes!! Nobody has time to warm up, work out 30 mins then cool down. I have to shower, eat, get ready for work etc etc. not to mention it kicked my butt. Can I go back to bed now.. for the rest of the day. 😂😂
