Jerk Tuna with Rice, Peas, Sweetcorn and Mange Tout

This recipe was an accumulation of tuna steaks we had in the freezer and array of vegetables we had in the fridge.
We also added jerk seasoning with garlic, salt, pepper, red chili, coriander and a big squeeze of the lime for juice.
☕RASPBERRY AND CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE🍰
40g porridge oats 🅱️ 2 tbsp raspberry skyr yogurt
Pinch of cinamon
Pinch of baking powder
Mix all together
Remove 3 Tsp of mixture to one side
Then add 1tbsp nutella for 4 syns
Tgen add remaining mixture back ontop
Microwave for 2-2.30 mins and enjoy!
I had with 25g light squirty cream for 3 syns and speedy strawberries and blackberries 😋
I’m going to bed before I do anymore damage. There’s ice cream in the freezer and I think it wants a play date
