Braved it. After having a big old strop on the phone to my husband because I couldn't find the damn school, I joined, weighed and stocked up on hifis. Time to get serious again.
Who’s having a second bowl of pasta for today? 🙋🏻♀️ after it taking me over 2 hours to get home from work tonight al I wanted to do was face plant chocolate cake and down a bottle of gin 🍸 Instead, after some words of encouragement from the lovely ladies on my slimming world group page, I whipped up a bowl of Philadelphia & pesto pasta with spinach when I got home. Only took 15 mins so i didn’t even have time to raid the cupboards 😂 this will take me a little over my syns today but honestly it could’ve been a hell of a lot worse, so I’m proud 😁
And people wonder why they’re synned now?!?! 🙄 That’s over 2,000kcal in yoghurts ALONE before all of the other food she eats, I dread to think how much sugar that would be 🤢 that is not following the slimming world plan properly, whether she lost weight or not (though no idea how you’d lose weight eating your daily calories in yoghurts) 🙄

Speedy Curry with tomato, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, courgette, lentils and spinach. It's 4 syns for coconut milk, served with syn free pilau rice & a tomato and onion chutney. Deeeelicious and there's plenty left over too.
