How I fuel my training and my mind! It's simple💪🏻👇🏻
I try to eat clean and nutritious most of the time; not because I am training for a show or on some special diet, no. I eat the way I do, because I actually give a shit about how I feel, function, and look. Do I eat icecream, cookies, burritos, fast food, and other goodies that most people eat dialy, absolutely. However, my mindset is that I have to earn it, I have to put in the work to get the reward. It tastes much better that way. If you take something away from someone and tell them they can never have it again, what do you think they will want more than anything? What they can't have; humans want what they can't have. So never ban anything from your diet, it makes it harder. Final note, my diet is not what others think when they hear diet or anything out of the normal, it's just my lifestyle. If you make it your lifestyle and a part of who you are, it's very simple beyond that. Let's train
