Happy Monday to you all.
This week, I will be joining the intermitent fasting crew. As defined by health line, Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting.
The most common method is the 16/8 where you fast for 16hours and eat within an 8hour window.
Some of the numerous benefits of intermitent fasting are; weight loss, improved metabolism, anti-aging etc.

My girl from my accountability group, I run a couple epic groups with my team 🙌💪👌🙋 Were changing lives💚 "I am So thankful for my health! For years I struggled with binge eating, negative , unnecessary aches & pains, fatigue, insecurities and self doubt. I was so nonchalant about it. I knew something had to be done. So I'd start trying to diet & walk but I would was always start just to stop. Soo many excuses only to watch the scale keep climbing! "you've always been like this so this is how you're going to stay"! Instead of telling myself "you got this! you can do it" I had started telling myself "settle, get used to it"! I'd have so much anxiety when it was time to step on the scale that I wouldn't. I got to a point where I was fed up with who I was becoming. I stepped on & was 285! Seeing that number set my soul on fire! So many lifestyle diseases come from being overweight. I have someone who is depending on me to be there for him! "GET IT TOGETHER "! I started meal prepping my meals for the week. drinking a gallon of water a day. more vegetables and fruits and being active. cut out all soda & junk food. Now 82 pounds lighter. Better sleep, smoother skin, no aches or pains. Awesome energy! I feel the best I ever have! Alot has to do with how I talk to myself. When negative thoughts try to creep in I correct them! "I can do hard things"! I can be the best me ever "! Holding my head high while pushing towards my goal✌❤😊"

People always ask me how I deal with negative people. Yes, in life you'll encounter so many characters. Some will find ways to offend you, crucify you or just thrive to make your life unbearable. They exist and we all have one or many of such people in our lives. It could be in the workplace, home, social network, church, anywhere. Through awareness you see right through them and take (positive) action. Join me this week on this cleansing prayer and watch these negative energies bounce off. You can do this daily, close to as many times a day or even after each negative encounter. This will shield you from whatever ill intention people hold against you.

In the words of one of my favorite YouTubers, “Do More” realllllly grateful that I pulled this off today. I woke up 3x between 11pm-4am to breastfeed my baby. From 4am-5:30am I got ready to run 6 miles in a 10k race with my team. Then can back home to pump and throw a birthday party for our niece. It was SUCH a fun day. I’m totally exhausted but satisfied knowing that ultimately, I can Do More! What were you doing today?
