Hello fitness fusion family. I’m back after a 3 day cruise and disconnected from social media and from nutrition. my nutrition sunked into the ocean big time. But I’m back on plan. Yesterday I did plyometrics and today I did pure cardio. Today I go back to work 😔 #messyhairdontcare
