TBT my first pregnancy! Today I was listening to a podcast episode about nutritional deficiencies during and post pregnancy and how you can prepare. I wish I had learned about this when I was 20! I was blown away by everything I learned and wish I could just share it with every woman out there. Taking care of yourself is more important than you will ever imagine - for yourself and for the sake of future generations. Finally! My results from the past 8 weeks! 🍎I have been far from perfect the last 8 weeks. I did get in all of the workouts but I had drinks a few times a week (😬summer lake life), chips and more than a few treats. I’m still thrilled with how I feel, although part of me is wondering what would have happened if I had fully committed!
The girls who did it with me all loved it too! Everyone got stronger, feels more in shape, and loved the flexibility of the program. 👉30-40 minutes 4x a week
