ALKALINE SPAGHETTI VEGANAISSE Ingredients: 1. Oyster mushrooms, chopped 2. Raw spelt seitan (recipe: bit.ly/speltseitan) 3. Plum tomatoes 4. Recommended seasonings to taste (I used onion powder, cayenne pepper, sea salt, sage, oregano, and thyme) 5. Agave nectar 6. Spelt spaghetti Method: 1. In a large bowl, cut up seitan into bite sized pieces and mix in seasonings 2. Add mushrooms 3. Turn oven on to 200C (390F) 4. Use the seasonings plus a squirt of agave with the tomatoes to make a runny tomato sauce on the stove top 5. Spread mushrooms and seitan into a baking dish 6. Pour on tomato sauce. Should be enough to just cover. 7. Cover with baking sheet, and bake for 1 hour 8. В этом году у нас получилось много яблочек на даче. 🍏🍎🍏 А еще, после введения прикорма ребенку, осталось много маленьких баночек. Я эти баночки не выкидывала, а складывала в коробку. Было желание сделать что-нибудь с ними в стиле #upcycle Но не хватило фантазии. Зато когда дачные яблочки стали переезжать к нам в квартиру и заполнять все свободное пространство, баночки пришлись кстати. Заполнила их свежим домашним яблочным пюре. Детки любят, готовить просто и быстро, 100% натуральное, #sugarfree (в плане полезности еды у меня отдельный пунктик). В общем #reuse в чистом виде. Собой довольна 🤗 Я-молодец!

ALKALINE MUSHROOM SAUSAGES INGREDIENTS: Seasoning mix * 3 tsp. onion powder * ½ tsp. cayenne pepper * 1 tsp. sea salt * 1 ½ tsp. dill * ½ tsp. habanero * 1 tsp. oregano * 1/8 tsp. crushed cloves For the Sausage * 2 tsp. + 2 tsp. grapeseed oil * 1 cup mushrooms, chopped * ¼ cup onion, finely chopped * 2 cups cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed * 1 Tbs. plum tomato paste 1 tsp. seamoss gel (which is seamoss soaked and blended) * ½ cup spelt flour * 3 Tbs. of tamarind juice METHOD: 1. Prepare spice mix in advance. Set aside. 2. Heat a skillet with 2 tsp. of oil. Sauté the onions and mushrooms until softened. Set aside and let cool. 3. In a large bowl, add the chick peas and mash them up. You can use a fork, a potato masher or just get your hands in there. If you want to use a food processor, do a rough chop. You don’t want a puree. Then add the tomato paste, seasonings mix and spelt flour. Mix well. 4. Wet the seamoss gel over the mixture and incorporate it well. 5. Add the cooled veggie mixture to the bowl and mix it into the dry ingredients. Add the tamarind sauce to the bowl and mix it all up well. 6. Divide the mixture into 4 parts. Shape each part into a log. Wrap the logs and steam them for 15-20 minutes. I use a metal steamer that sits atop a large stockpot of boiling water. Let them cool. Then refrigerate for a few hours or overnight, if possible. This will help them firm up even more. 7. When ready to use, unwrap and cook them however you desire. Fast prepping for a healthy light dinner!! . I've been feeling so-so last weeks. Stuffed, bad sleeping, tired...also pain was coming back 😞 So it's time to do something about it. I'm currently back in 1st base. Just having really low histamine food. I have to be ready for our incoming trip to South Africa, don't wanna miss anything just because I couldn't low my inner histamine levels before getting there!! As symptoms was just starting to appear again, I got it in time and with only one week of strict diet I feel much better! It's very important to check yourself some times to check that everything's all right and histamine levels are under control so symptoms are too. And I somethings not worked properly watch out! Maybe you need to restore your levels with a more strict diet. Maybe there's something you're eating that's not as good as you think. Or maybe it's just the restaurant at job (that's my case) at the beginning I felt good, they had good alternative menu for mu but actually it has change to the opposite. I cannot trust the restaurant anymore, at least not for a daily menu. It ended feeling like heads or rails everyday and that's really stressful and we all know that stress and histamin ain't good friends at all. So I've decided to bring my own lunch to work everyday and every meal not just breakfast as I used to. . So here you are! Green asparagus with two yolks. Easiest prepping ever! Carrot-zucchini-potato rostis with salmon & cauliflower Ingredients: (for 16 small rostis) 1 big potato (about 50g) 2 carrots 1 big zucchini or 2 small ones 2 eggs 4 tbsp of butter, ghee or olive oil as sidedish: 1 piece or 100g of salmon and 3 buds of cauliflower. Directions: Time: 20min Difficulty: easy - Wash the cauliflower and cut into buds - Place cauliflower buds and salmon wrapped in aluminium foil in the steamer for about 10min or until both are cooked - Peel the potato and the carrot - Grate the potato, carrot and zucchini and mix in a bowl. - Place the mixture into a tea towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. - Place mixture back into the bowl and add 2 eggs. Mix again. - Heat oil in a frying pan and fry single rostis from both sides for about 3 minutes or until gold-brown. - Serve rostis together with the steamer salmon and cauliflower. Husband lost 75lbs eating one of these @smartbakingcompany buns practically every day... so today I’m trying his method 😂... I think he puts a lot more meat and cheese though. His dinner is either a sandwich on this bun with ham and Muenster cheese or a pizza on cauliflower crust. EVERY day. FOR MONTHS. He says if it works why mess with it 😂. Рубрику «Карьера» - Лейсэн. 🙌 Пятый день сахарного детокса. 🤢И сегодня у вас могут наблюдаться некоторые признаки очищения организма: например, вздутие живота. * ✅Поэтому сегодня мы поговорим на такую пикантную тему как РАБОТА КИШЕЧНИКА. Организм избавляется от токсинов через выделение пота, мочеиспускание или прямую кишку. * 😌Наше тело устроено таким образом, что, через вышеперечисленные источники, оно избавляется от токсинов. И если вдруг одна из систем показывает сбои, то токсины со временем начинают накапливаться в организме, а именно в кишечнике. * Настройка и перезагрузка организма часто начинается с очистки кишечника, регулярный стул, по мнению множества специалистов - это ОДИН РАЗ или 2 раза в день! если у вас это происходит через день, то стоит задуматься. Стул реже, чем 1 раз в день - это первые признаки запоров. А запоры означают постепенную интоксикацию всего тела, что приводит к головной боли, слабости в теле, вздутию живота, раздражению на коже и тд. Часты запоры увеличивают риск возникновения рака кишечника и болезни Паркинсона. ❗️Стоит обратить внимание и на чрезмерно жидкий стул! Может микрофлора кишечника требует пробиотиков. Вот несколько советов по тому как улучшить работу кишечника: * ✅Пейте много воды! ✅Добавляйте в свои салаты и супы семена льна, конопли (они содержат клетчатку и улучшают работу кишечника) ✅Принимайте 2 капсулы по 100-150 миллиграмм магния в день (посоветуйтесь с врачом, если сомневаетесь принимать или нет) ✅Принимайте 1000-2000 миллиграмм витамина С в порошке. ✅Пейте кефир (желательно домашнего приготовления), принимайте пробиотики. Ешьте квашенную капусту. ✅Ешьте больше зелени. ✅Если проблемы с запорами продолжаются - посоветуйтесь со своим врачом.

Ohhhhh yeah🍯 I am SO ready for this long weekend🙌
Que tanto he podido mejorar en 3 meses y dentro de esos 3 meses, en 40 días específicamente. Vamos a ir por partes! • 1️⃣ La primera foto es en julio 16 y hoy 19 de septiembre. En la izquierda ya empecé a hacer crossfit (llevaba 3 semanas) comía sano si, pero mi objetivo era recuperarme de mi lesión y quemar grasa a la par pero lo que estaba comiendo no estaba destinado a eso. Y por eso esos eran los resultados. Hoy, con un par de ajustes que describo más adelante, se nota el cambio! 💪🏻😃 • 2️⃣ has escuchado que la alimentación es el 80%? Aquí te lo demuestro. En la Foto 2 ya iba cerca de mes y medio entrenando, había quemado grasa si, hay cambios en la Foto de la mitad, pero aún faltaba más, no tenia muy claro que comer. Había que hacer ajustes, empecé a tomar Xoup y me mantenía motivado • 3️⃣ En la Foto 3 fue el día inicio del plan de alimentación de 21 días de @alfafitnessgroup que pude conocerlo gracias a la invitación de @adrianagimenez_coach a una conferencia y pude ver que tenía que llevar una alimentación en déficit calórico, este plan era Perfecto sin morirme de hambre y con alimentos que eran fácilmente de escoger y encontrar. Decidí hacerlo 2 veces, la Foto de la derecha, hoy tras 40 días de hacerlo. Empecé con una detox y a seguir el plan acompañado de 5 días de ejercicios en @taita.cf Entre hiit (wod diario) y específicos para cada músculo. Ojo que no he sido súper estricto, he salido del plan un par de veces con comidas trampa y fiestas, pero aún así. El cambio es notable! • 4️⃣ Y aquí es donde veo todo el cambio, esta segunda vez del plan hice algunos ajustes, empecé a hacer ejercicios hipopresivos, mantenía los detox con Prunex y Xoup y le sumé bioprosport pro Edition y Termoté a mi alimentación, para quemar grasa y nutrir de la mejor manera mis músculos. En la izq arriba cuando empecé a entrenar, derecha arriba empece el déficit calórico, izq abajo tras los primeros 21 días y der abajo, la Foto hoy. • No he bajado mucho de peso más que 6-8 libras, estoy en 19% de grasa (pienso seguir quemando), he ganado mucha fuerza, agilidad, masa muscular magra, energía y por supuesto voy logrando lo que quería!
