Why do we jump straight to pharmaceuticals? It seems unnatural to not try natural alternatives yet its engrained into us to choose medications first.
I am so grateful I came across these little wonders. As a nurse of course I was sceptical but I was trained to ask questions and look for rationale and thats exactly what I did!
I found so many incredible changes for people where pharmaceuticals perhaps failed them for conditions such as eczema, hormonal acne and adrenal fatigue. That was just the beginning though. I then found in myself I had:
✅ increased energy,
✅ less sugar cravings,
✅ less bloating,
✅ a conscious awareness of what I was putting into my body, ✅ and so much more.
I've seen people completely change their lives just by simply incorporating these fruit, vege and berry capsules into their lives accompanied with a healthy lifestyle.... pretty simple hey.🤷♀️ If you would like some more information, please message me, I would love to help start you on your health journey. 🍃
Anybody else only in the classroom two days this week??! 😩 I absolutely love trainings because I'm a PD junkie 🤓, buuuut... Three days out of the classroom?! Also, I had to awkwardly put this sign up because I don't have a teacher desk... 😂😂 #fifthyearteacher #1819schoolyear #substitute #teachertraining
“I will be your sub today. My name is Mrs. Hames.” I’m so thankful to have the flexibility to be able to work when I want and from where I want with my business. It also lets me say “Yes!” When I get asked to sub at one of the schools.
You're officially looking at your kids, future substitute teacher. 🤟🏽🙌🏽 After countless nights of studying to pass the math portion, while trying to understand sociological theory, while going to work every day, while trying to balance personal relationships, ya girl did it 🙌🏽 These dark circles...WORTH IT! Thanks to all you who kept me motivated, love you. #MoneyMoves #CBEST #Passed #Future #Substitute #Teacher
Enjoyed this wall art today while taking my lunch break! 💛
Being a substitute has taught me to always be prepared for the unexpected. Today was definitely one of those days where things didn’t go so smooth, however, teachers always need to be ready to handle whatever comes their way! Very thankful for the experiences that I encounter as a substitute. They only make me stronger and more prepared for the future 💪🏻

As we know, endometriosis has many mental health symptoms - anxiety, depression, panic attacks, mood swings, etc. But did you know about the strong link between gut health, inflammation and mental health?
According to Kelly Brogan (MD), the amount of inflammatory markers circulating in our system can directly affect our hormones. This then can affect our mental health because the signals being sent to our brain aren't neccessarily healthy so to speak.
Some doctors are quick to medicate mental health symptoms but perhaps looking deeper into the cause could save a lot of time, money and emotional pain.
This is a very complex topic and this subject is only relevant to some people (definitely not all) however I highly recommend the article titled 'From gut to brain: the inflammation - depression connection' by Kelly Brogan, MD. Very insightful. 👌
Know you’re going to be absent? This is a game changer! Students fill out their sticky note as part of morning work and set a goal of how they’ll make me proud for the day! My favorite was the student that said to treat the substitute like they treat Mrs. Ramsey! 👏🏻👩🏽🏫

💪🏻🤩 I really like the one about homemade buttermilk. Avocado is my go-to ingredient when it comes to substituting butter! 🥑
It’s been such a long time since I cooked a meal. Since Iv been in confinement, all Iv ate is chicken and veges and soups. All these foods are meant to help with weight-loss and to get my body back to where it was before I fell pregnant. It’s honestly so depressing that none of my clothes fit me still, I literally live in PJs and oversized T-shirt’s 😞. I have been trying really hard to be strict on what I eat but there are times my mum can’t make me something healthy cause she’s part of the working class and is time consumed. Anyways, I won’t pretend that I didn’t enjoy having something other than chicken and soups cause even though I didn’t allow myself to fully indulge in a burger this came pretty close, especially since it’s already been 3 weeks. This is a great meal especially for those on a weight loss programme.
2 cracker breads
50g mutton patty air fried 2 tsp mayonnaise
1 slice Gouda cheese
Add lettuce on cracker bread, add half tsp mayonnaise over. Cut patty in half and add on top. Next, add half tsp mayonnaise on top of the patty and lastly cut half slice of the cheese and place on top. Do this for two cracker breads 😁 enjoy.

WHEW!! Long day back in the classroom, but luckily it was with a friend, after school activities and then came home and prepped my breakfast and lunches, as well as family meals, for the week:
-Minestrone -2 different types of of baked chicken (BBQ and lemon pepper)
-Cauliflower fried rice
-Italian wedding soup
-2 pounds of turkey meatballs
And I got it done in about 3 hours!! All while catching up with my challenges who are totally crushing day 1 of my new accountability group and listening to an AWESOME training with our company. Totally beat but I’m still pushing play on our stretch recovery day workout and I expect to sleep well tonight! .
Tomorrow I work, have 3 sets of kid dance lessons back to back to back, teach Country Heat Live, and clean the dance studio after. Let’s see if I make it!
Have a good night!!

Sorry I have been away friends and family of Instagram! I was away taking care of some stuff. Pictures related. But I'm back home and ready to upload more gaming content for you! Also, I don't recommend being out of the #gym
game long. Or else you get sore as fuck arms which you then have to have blood drawn from the next day. Remember to stretch and #stayhydrated
. There is no #substitute
for the gym. Even if this #pokemon
sub goes for you. #dailystruggle
