Well hello there!! It's the freaking weekend 😍😍😍 How the devil are you all? I've had a fantastic ten-day insta-break which has been life-affirming, soul enriching and taught me a lot about myself. I have caught up with friends, made some plans for the future, bought a new journal, went to the cinema on a Weds morning and didnt feel guilty about it (amazing!!), spent lots of time with my family, got my style groove back on instead of lusting after every item I see on these squares and at the end of all this I got a promotion and am now Head of Fashion at Eden Rose Boutique 💃💃💃 And it happened because I knew what I wanted, was honest about my ambitions and dreams, forthright in explaining how I will make it work and ultimately because I knew my worth. This hasn't all happened because I came off social media but the break has definately given me the opportunity to re-evaluate things, decide what is important to me and discover what it is I enjoy about having my personal IG account. I would like to grow my personal styling business but Rome wasn't built in a day and whilst I've got a fantastic opportunity to get my style-teeth into I'm going to grab it with both hands and give it everything I've got 👊 So I'm not going to be posting everyday on here and I'm just going with what I love and what makes me happy. Looking forward to the next part of my journey....Now what's everyone else been up to? Xxx
Fashion goes in cycles. You might not realise it, but you probably already have most of this autumn's must-have items lurking at the back of your wardrobe. And if you don't, you'll be able to find most of them in the charity shop.
On my blog today, I've taken some of my favourite looks from the new season which can all be created with things you already own or which can be easily found second hand.
What favourite pieces will you be digging out from the back of your wardrobe this season?
