I’ve got so many exciting plans in the works after figuring out what I want. ⠀
I’m reaching a deeper sense of happiness that I’ve never felt before. Life can be a grind, but I never forget to smile, laugh, and love my life. ⠀
Time to conquer my world. 🌎 ⠀
I need a lay down. 😅
I am not going to lie to you, I have had to take a lot of my own advice this week.
⚡️To see others comments as a reflection of their own thoughts.
⚡️To not get upset over other people’s actions as I know it’s only my perception of them that can change, and in time change the situation.
⚡️To stop chasing external goals to please others, and to focus on internal goals.
The Law of Relativity states that we ALL will need to face challenges but the level of those challenges change. You can always have better problems. .
I am really practicing The Law of Correspondence, which is where your outer world reflects your inner world. So I have done a lot of visualisation, journalling and tapping.🤘🏻
Personal development is not easy but it’s fun and worth it. Check the link in my bio to get the early bird Universal Law training. 💫
On August 12, 2016 I was told my husband had died while on his 4th deployment in Afghanistan.
It’s been two years of hell, terror, grief, pain, hope, joy and strength.
Throughout my grief journey I realized there were no local support groups, no one I could talk to, relate to about my loss.
This is why I created Grief Deposit, a place where people could meet, no matter what they were grieving.
As we all know, life keeps moving forward even though yours has stopped and I wanted to create a space where one could deposit their grief, to release the pain so they could keep moving forward.
Even if it’s at a snail’s pace.
No judgement, no rules, only love, from one broken heart to another.
You’re safe, you’re welcomed and you matter.
This is where we will deposit the grief 🖤

Rome wasn't built in a day and neither were these #gains
No matter what your goals are, NEVER GIVE UP because you can achieve anything that you set your mind to!
Although there have been some serious changes in my physique these past 3 months, my progress would probably not have been this quick if it wasn't for my constant quest for gains in the last 8+ (or so) years. I'm not taking any magic pills, no fat burners - just cracking down on years of dedicated gym sessions, 100% cleaned up my eating habits, and became friends with my worst enemy: cardio.
I've been getting responses as to how I'm getting my results and my answer is simple: stay dedicated and focused. This can apply to anything you want to achieve. It may take time but as long as you stay dedicated and focused your dreams will come true before your very eyes.🌟 Happy #transformationtuesday
I hope this post was able to motivate you to keep pursuing whatever makes you #BeYourBest
12 Weeks Out.
The past 13 weeks of training have taught me so much about who I am, what I'm capable of, and what I aspire to be. I'm faced with challenges every single day and as the next 12 weeks go by, each day will be getting more and more difficult - and I'm not worried at all. The more difficult the day, the better I will be. It doesn't get easier, you just get better - better at self control, will power, and discipline.
Being the best I can be is what drives me to continue. I set goals every day, every week, and every month - and it works!! I make myself accountable for my goals. Try it out for yourself! You will be so surprised with how much you can accomplish when you start setting goals and working for what you want! #beyourbestself

The past 10 weeks have been the biggest mental journey I've ever faced. I busted my ass, had to go to many functions and bring my own food, and I've had to keep my composure when others would try to pressure me into cheating on my diet because I already look "good". These three pictures show a physical change - but I wish it showed more of the blood, sweat, & tears from my mental change because honestly that's what I'm most proud of!
I'm proud I never gave up. I'm proud that I prepared all of my meals and stuck to the game plan. I'm proud I showed up to the gym when I didn't want to. I've learned to have discipline, be in control, and have willpower to continue - all are strengths that were earned from sacrifice.
You have all the power in the world to change your life. "The body achieves what the mind believes" and "mind over matter" are two serious quotes that I repeat to myself daily to help me get through the mental battle of staying on track of what I want. I hope you are all able to get something out of this post - motivation, inspiration - that will help you better yourself to be the best version of you.
I am always trying to be a better person than I was yesterday. If I can do it, you can too! 💯
