280KgSquatAgain.avi - After my back injury a couple of weeks ago I could not perform a squat for a while.. Today I went back at it and hit my PR of 280 Kg (620 Lbs) in my #Halbgottschmiede
with real weights. I could not be happier right now.
Disappointing performance at Amateur Nationals finished 10th place didn't perform at my capabilities. 363 days to get stronger for next year!

Third event at nationals was the carry medley. 210 pound husafell stone, 220 pound keg and 180 pound sandbag. That was a tough sandbag for me as it was packed super tight they called 10 seconds as it started to slide out of my hands so I opted to get a few more steps with it at my knees than drop it and re pick it because that would have wasted time. I managed to place first 🥇 in this event. 💪🏼🤓.

1️⃣280lb log for a pretty easy 6 reps. (Tie for 1st)
2️⃣310lb Hussafel, 240lb Keg and 275lb sandbag all for 50ft in 39s.
3️⃣330lb Atlas stone over 56inch bar for 7 reps.
I placed 5th in both my other events (320lb farmers 121ft and duckwalk 50ft+5 powerstairs in 43s). Finished with 121 points out of a possible 130!
International Chest Day and hitting heavy cables to put pressure on chest tie ins and also to stretch the pecs.
